Product never received
I ordered a large Valentine flag on 1/27/11. My credit card was charged that same date for $22.94. I have not received my flag and cannot get a reply from Flagsonline and I have been trying for several days. All I get is a recording saying someone will call back, but it never happens. Also on their website it says to click on their customer service but it fades and nothing happens. I'd like to know what is going on!!

Took my money, no flag, ignoring my correspondence
I ordered a flag from FlagsOnline.com two months ago. They took the money from my credit card the same day. I am still waiting for the item to arrive. Their lines are always busy. I tried one day for the entire day and never was able to get through. I've tried calling

When I check the order status it says it is being processed. I have contacted them several times by email but have never received a response!

I can no longer dispute this charge with my credit card company because it's past 30 days.

Ripped off!
I ordered 2 flags from this company, one in April '07 and May'07. I was charged for both and did not receive either one. The company would not respond to emails or phone calls. In August '07 I received an email from them saying the owner has had ALS disease and has had trouble keeping the business going. Judging by the other customer complaints the "ripping off" customers was happening well before the disease struck. They have given another email address to those who have not received their ordered merchandise. Could their guilty conscience be guiding them?? New email:[email protected].

Good luck to all of us who have been ripped off by this company!

Never received order
I recently placed an order with Flagsonline.com and on June 4th they promptly charged my credit card. I was sure that my order would be shipped to me within the next few days, as promised by their website. On June 19th I began to get a bit concerned that I had not yet received my goods nor had I received any email confirmation of my order. That's when I started to call them and have been calling every weekday since and have not yet been able to reach a live person, just a busy signal. I then faxed them a request to cancel my order as well as sent them an email requesting a refund. On July 5th I did receive an email from someone named Cindy Woods ([email protected]) and this is what she said "Your request for cancellation is being addressed and handled by our financing dept. at this time. Sincerely, Flagsonline.com That was 11 days ago and still no refund on my credit card - nor have I received my goods. Please pass the word so that no one else gets taken for their money like I was.

Took money; never shipped (2) orders!
BBB provided me with the following information after investigating for me after Flagsonline.com accepted money for (2) orders and never shipped product; no returned calls, emails, etc. :

Fraud and cheating!
I ordered my darn flag 3/8/2007, after repeated emailing and attempts to get thru to customer service line no responses. What-so-ever no flag still as of 6/5/2007. I will never order from this company again. Do not be fooled, the lines stay busy the entire day and the 1-866 number given is the fedex company not them. They try to convince you that the order is processing but 3 months now have elapsed & no flag.

I placed an order with Flagsonline.com 3/19/2007... They quickly charged me for my flag but I still have never received it. When I check the order status on their website, all it tells me is "order processing".

I have called them numerous times... Busy signal.

I have called their "Call Back Center" numerous times (where they promise you a call back within 24-36 hours... No call back.

I have sent them numerous e-mails... No response.

I have purchased flags from them for the past several years and have never had a problem... I am wondering if the company changed hands... There seems to be a lot of complaints against them recently.

I am about to threaten them about contacting the Better Business Bureau... Although, that probably will do no good.

Heed the warning and stay away from Flagsonline.com

Take your money - no response, no product
Flagsonline.com have taken money for flags that were never delivered and when the order was canceled after 6 months they said they would credit my account. That has never happened and they never answer the phone or answer e-mails.

I have tried a number of times to get in contact with them but they NEVER respond.

Paid for products but never received!
I have ordered several flags from flagsonline and have never received all of my items. I placed an order on 9/17/06, 10/23/06, and 3/18/07. Today is May 8, 2007 and I still have not received the items. Having dealt with them in the past I just assumed that the orders were backordered. They have taken out the money for all of the orders but have not shipped my products.

When I check the order status it says it is being processed. On one of my orders it says that the flag I ordered has been discontinued and I should contact them with an alternate selection.

I have contacted them several times by email but have never received a response! I have called all the telephone numbers provided. If you call before 10 am EST you will get a message giving their hours. If you call at exactly 10 am you will receive a busy signal. I tried one day for the entire day and never was able to get through. I have called their 24 hour call back line and have never received a call back.

I never had any problem with them until now. Due to the fact that I never had a previous problem I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Now I am out of at least $40.00 which I can no longer dispute because it is past 30 days!

I am so glad I found this complaint page. I did not realize that there were others with the same problem. If this persists, perhaps we can file a class action suit against them!

Items not received!
I ordered two flags from flagsonline.com on November 8, 2006 and the money was taken out of my account the next day. It is now 6 months later and I have not heard form them. I have e-mailed them and called there "call back center" that claims to call you back within 24 hours... I still haven't heard from them 6 months later, let alone in 24 hours. I have called every phone number they have listed on their website and they are always busy. They don't update their website so I have no idea what is taking so long. If they are that busy it wouldn't hurt to hire more employees to help with the volume of orders. They are completely unprofessional and frustrating to work with. I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone of my experience with flagsonline in hopes that others don't have this same miserable experience. The best I can hope for is that I get my Thanksgiving flag in time for Thanksgiving 2007!
