Home Pride, Inc. in Omaha, NE contracted to put an entire new roof on my home in Earling, IA, after a tornado last year. We paid over $7,000.00 for this (on a relatively small home), and were assured the roof would last for years. The contract showed that Home Pride gave us a one-year warranty. I had a bad experience trying to bake a potato using the 1.6-cubic foot, NN-SN756B panasonic microwave. The surface of the potato was lightly perforated with a fork and placed on the microwave tray (what i mean to say is that I adhered by all the rules to bake a potato in a microwave). I have been a customer of Bank of the West located at 2127 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, since 2004. The account was on my name but never experienced any problem depositing or cashing any check, including checks payable to me and my husband, such as tax refund checks. I purchased a GE Dishwasher from Sears 9/15/04 had it replaced with a Kenmore 07/05 with the understanding that my extended warranty on my GE went to my Kenmore.
