This company has raised interest rates on both of my cards for no apparent reason, I always make my payments on time, and always pay more than the minimum. I have been charged $99.41 for something called Hoodia. I have not ordered nor have I received this product. Before it appeared on my account, I had no idea what Hoodia was. I have since learned that it is a dietary supplement of which I do not need. When I called the company, their only solution was to send me another shipment (which I probably won't receive) and keep the charge on my account. I work for a small company and we performed some work for this dead-beat customer. In November of 2006, these people owed us $15,000.00. After numerous calls to them, we were promised day after day that our balance would get paid. We are still waiting, I have spoken with the "Primary Shareholder" and he even promised that if this wasn't paid, he would pay it out of his personal assets, this was in February. YellowPages.com promised us Delle Electric, LLC a year ago that we would be receiving regular stats with our newly agreed-to contract. Not once in a year did we receive any stats. We were hassled by phone every two hours starting in middle May 2007 for the contract renewal. I used to have 2 metro pcs phones. I called 2 weeks before my cycle ended, so it would give the Metro PCS people enough time to have the necessary 24 - 72 hours to update the info. over 1000 hours have passed and they charged me for 2 phones. I have been a customer of Bank of the West located at 2127 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, since 2004. The account was on my name but never experienced any problem depositing or cashing any check, including checks payable to me and my husband, such as tax refund checks. Home Pride, Inc. in Omaha, NE contracted to put an entire new roof on my home in Earling, IA, after a tornado last year. I purchased a GE Dishwasher from Sears 9/15/04 had it replaced with a Kenmore 07/05 with the understanding that my extended warranty on my GE went to my Kenmore. I just wanted to tell someone about Nissan of Mckinney. I went into the dealership to look for a Nissan Quest but the ones that I test drove did not meet my personal standards. They had a 2007 Nissan Quest with 21,000 miles on it and price it at 26,900, which while doing my research I noticed that other dealers were selling them for 21,000 or so, so anyways when I confronted them about the price they basically just ignored me and put to the side.
