The diagnostic of my broken computer was not done properly. I was given one correct diagnosing (burned out video card). But also I was told that my OS is not working. I was ready to order more services from the store (such as OS installation). I came home and realized that the OS is working. I purchased a 2006 Z51 corvette in Dec. 2005. When I purchased the car it was for a recreational vehicle. I only drive the car on weekend and on vacations. Kali construction has been around for a while, their work is ok at best but their reliability is horrible. I bought a fancy and expensive Viking barbeque in 2001. The igniters have given out. I cannot contact Viking by phone with 2 numbers provided. Just yesterday I purchased a seersucker blazer from the store. While sitting at work today, I felt something poking me underneath my arm. I took the jacket off to look what it was. Wow! What a crappy business. The worst customer service ever. After taking $6000 of my money they failed to deliver a Olds 455 engine as promised. Many, many, many phone calls and emails were not delivered. It was not until I threatened to call the State Troopers did the engine get shipped (10 days after they had said it was shipped and a month+ late). When the engine got here it was not complete. We had reserved a reception room at Marilyn's Cafe at the Tuscany Suits Hotel 7 months prior to wedding. We got to Hotel and found the reception room had been double booked due to one of the restaurants cooks being fired they said. The room double booked and they gave us a room that we had no choice in taking and it was upstairs and far away from restaurant. Sold heavily by the company, the Smart Shift technology HAS NOT BEEN PERFECTED. I purchased 3 M2's in Feb. 2007 with the technology and all are having problems. What's worse, is that the electronics are so complicated the service techs can't fix them. They try to get instructions from Mercedes (maker of Smart Shift) but it appears the troubleshooting is either unclear or "over their heads". Bought a Sony Viao Laptop Model #PCG-4K1L (VGN TXN25N) for $$2,555.59 at Best Buy.
