closed my account months ago and their still stealing money out of my bank account, site wont let me in to complain or stop the charges. would like my money back please.

I created an acct and was banned
I went online tonight and made an acct on Singles.net!. I uploaded a photo, just a normal headshot?. Nothing was bad about the photo at all/. Next thing I know it tells me my acct was either deleted or disabled?. What a waste of time, . The creators of that site should be ashamed of themselves". I would NEVER suggest this site to anyone I know because they have you go through the motions and disable/delete your acct before you can ever even use the site.. TOTAL waste of time! Don't bother with the site! I am pissed that I wasted my time on it.

Can't log in
Singlesnet needs to do better the page don't even come up when you want to read your messages or to go in chat it don't let you log in and they don't profide you with addiquit information to correct a situation.And they should not shut you out when money runs out why say it's free when it's not really free.They should allow you to have more option to see or use everything before they want to charge you. if you're not going to let people log into view their messages don't send us messages, andthey match you up with people you don't ask for they assume that some of these people you want to meet if i want a certain age group show me that let me choose others if i want.

Dam site keep kicking you out
I can imagine what the paying customer's are going through this singlenet because that aint worht if crap and they should just closed thier site down, i might cant afford to pay, sp why just kick people out when your tire of them using your site for free, , but i want to say the *** with them buch of rip offs anyway, , im tired of being kick off and having to resign up again i advise people to go to plenty of fish, it free and you texts, chat, exchange number for free don have worry about money ok.

Won't Refund Money
I contacted them via email a couple of times to cancel...stating that as listed date within their 30 cancellation period and just kept getting emails responses to call. Finally, got around to calling and they said there was nothing I could do to get my money back, even though they acknowledged that I'd emailed them wanting to cancel prior to the cancellation date. Rip-off...service didn't deliver anything worthwhile for the 2 weeks I used the service.

False advertisement
I have looked and written down some of the srceen names that they show for my area. And have searched for them after creating my profile. And none of them exist. How can you show people who is not even on here. Was thinking about giving them money to sign up. But when you start off with lies makes me not want to. When i first went to sign. THey showed a whole bunch of people in my area. Then after signing in. There was not one single person in my area. I would not recommend you guys to any one.

I suggested that they allow a pinpoint age search as I really am not looking for a cougar nor anyone close to my age. They suggested that I list that in my profile.Hey, I make money for people with my ideas. Im trying to help them out. They reject every shot I use. Their website is not easy to navigate and clearly they are only interested in creating a basic cash cow. Also I suggested that they set up a point system where even if you dont pay after a period of time you are allowed a day of free contact. That might intice more business.Screw them

Singlesnet.com seems to be running a scam to collect and share your/my personal information. I wish I had checked them out before signing up! It seems they do this to many people.
Within an hour of signing up with them, once they had my information, my account was disabled for no reason. After reading about them it is clear this is their MO!
I contacted them, once, through their site but now I am blocked from even reaching it. No surprise there is no due process; or any process, just a scam. What is worse – it seems they represent a number of sites and your existing accounts will be disabled with them as well!

°I signed up with Singlesnet on 7/14 and only stayed on for 2-3 weeks tried to resign from site and kept on getting confirmation numbers that my account was closed but I would be allowed to access it until August 14th. I resigned on the 10th, the 11th and the 13th. They still charged me for another month. They told me they never got the resignations. Now I have to change my bankcard to prevent them charging me again and I did report them to the BBB in Dallas Texas. Not good business practices!!!The people on the phone were adamant about not refunding my $24.95
