Matthew Smith Handyman Contractor
Location: 300 carlsbad village drive 108A, carlsbad, ca 92008

During 2005 this man acted as a contractor; erected a fence (poorly, using finishing nails and 10' spans) and started demolition on a project; work was done improperly, he is not a contractor, i had to re-do the work and he made off with $50k+. I have consulted atty and they say it cost nearly as much to sue as to get this back since he has no assets it's not worth my time, but maybe someone else will check first before they hire this person.
