I filed a petition for my finance 4/2006 and was approved. My finance went to his interview 1/22/07 and it was sent back to USCIS in California and now I will have to pay 455.00 to file this again because they are telling me that the validity period has expired. #1. it was out of my hands as it took then sooo long to process that it expired and #2. USCIS has the authority to extend validity periods and wont. Is this all about money? So, people that abide by the laws and rules are being taken advantage of in the meantime I am working hard, paying taxes to take care of the illegal aliens that have not been forced to go through this process. read full review »

After canceling my order, I continued to receive the product and further charges. When I called to complain, they said I never canceled that portion of the order only another part. I had to again cancel and send the product back. This resulted with problems with my credit card.

I purchased a vehicle in San Antonio, TX 4 months ago. Reading the other complaints I would hope in time that the State of Texas wakes up to the unlawful practices of DriveTime.
Though my car is running very well, it is not because of DriveTime's mechanics. In fact the mechanics had no idea what they were doing and literally cut my horn wires.

I opened this account by mail about a month ago. I called today to inquire about my PIN as it hadn't arrived. The "security" guy asked me a series of questions. He told me that my home address didn't match up--that it came back under someone else's name. Well, I hold the title, I own the house. After a few back and fourths, he became very rude and threatened to cancel my account. I asked to speak to his supervisor--he told me she'd be in "sometime next week."

Several months ago I entered a competition to win a prize on the internet. As part of the conditions I had to purchase several products. One of them was from AuctionMonster for a one-off fee of approx $55.00. Unbeknowns to me in the fine print in the terms and conditions, they could continue to charge me AUD $66.18 every month until I told them not to. I was unable to contact them on their website by email and so wrote to them at their postal address on 21/7/07 telling them to cease charging me.

The service form the Pizza Hut at 2724 W. Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA. 23605 that i got was not what i expected it to be. I placed an internet order about 10:30pm and i was paying with a credit card. They called me about 10 mins till 11:00pm and stated that my card was declined and said that I had 10 mins to call back with my new card number. It's the reasonable expectation these days for tires to last up to 60,000 miles or more. My Touareg is the fourth car I've leased and the first I have ever had to buy tires for before --WAY BEFORE-- the lease is up. I think it was reasonable for me to expect these tires to be at least as good as the ones on my Audi, Acura, and Mercedes SUV. Yet, VW takes no responsibility for this poor engineering. Our family of 4 rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Paris for 6 nights,7 days through Panache One World Travel based out of Cohasset, Mass. We didn't have hot water the entire length of our stay. The company made arrangements for us to use a hotel room across the street and down one block for showering.

I just received a letter stating 'The information provided to us by you on the "Rebate Form" did not match any rebate promotions in our system that you would qualify for'... going to the macmall site its very clear they offer a $75 rebate for the iMac I order until September 30th. Union Telecom usa (https://www.uniontelecomusa.com) has an one time refundable charges of $39.95 which was supposed to be refunded within 3 weeks of cancellation. I had canceled by service 4 months back. In spite of several calls (more than 20) and their repeated assurances that I would receive the deposit back, I still have not got the amount.
The customer service persons make false promises week after week. It is a case of forgery and cheating the customers. My balance has been full paid... Where should I register my complain? At the time of purchase Best Buy's online ad indicated a 10 year warranty on the shell of the unit with a 1 year warranty on the remainder. I received the unit, had it operating in June, 2006. In August 2006, the upper shell began leaking water while in operation. Afni Collections company in Bloomington IL sent me collections charge from year 1996 for $629 with Verizon phone company with settlement charge $525.38 even I has been discharged from debtors in 1996 due to my bankruptcy.
They are trying to recover debt even charges between year 1986-1996 on Verizon phone company in New York. I never used Verizon in those years in NY, I used New York Bell phone company, but obviously Verizon and Afni are trying to find bogus charges. Going from first service call in the first month to now 6th call all for same problem, I have been without the TV about 4 months, or more, in this period. Last time said could not find problem.Suggests something may have been loose.
Time before Samsung said no arts in Malaysia but insurance company found part in Singapore.
Friend had Panasonic,had fault 3 times in 9 months and they gave her new TV.

I have a 2001 kia rio that has 70,000 miles on it. 2 months ago my timing belt went out and went through the engine and hurt my engine. So now it all has to be replaced. Kia wont cover it because they said i should of had it serviced at 60,000 miles but it is said nowhere and you don't need to change a timing belt. That soon i had no warning now they wont cover it so i have since hired a layer beware of kia motors that 100,00 mile guarantee is a joke.
