I went to the Post Office in Crystal City to mail a single letter; at that Post Office, they have two vending machines and, of course, a desk where you can get the full range of services. I requested a deep cleaning of my town home from Lynn Smith (owner). I was told it would be $50/hour and one housekeeper will be sent. Linda arrived and she finished 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in under 1.5 hours--- which seemed quick. I had a 800 line with this company. After stopping my service I owed them like $40 dollars. They sent me a collections letter for the amount owed. Then they took it upon themselves to debit my account for small amounts 6 months later to pay that debt. How can they do this? Used Credit Card to purchase RegistryCleanFix for my computer. After requesting the $37 lifetime license only, I found I was billed on my credit card for annual updates, spyware etc. that I didn't want. Car was towed to their facility November 14th 2007...I got the run around no returned phone calls,,,them telling me it would be ready one day and then he made up excuses the next. He has told me 6 different days the car would be ready. We purchased the "top of the line" mattress in November 2004 for right under 3K from Mattress Warehouse - a Stearns & Foster King Set, ultra plush Euro pillow top. I recently took my beloved 8 year old pet bird "Mighty" to Veterinary Care Unlimited in Ozone Park, to be examined for a slightly swollen abdomen. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again. I purchased this phone over three months ago and have spent more time talking to the worthless Customer Service Department since the the billing has been incorrect month after month. The reps keep giving me a different excuse. The service coverage is terrible! My phone works down the street but does not work at my house. I was interested in a portable GPS for my car. I am familiar with GPSs and know that sometimes it takes a while for a GPS to catch its satellite signals. Three of our investigators were challenged to look into the 'live help', and email practices of the defendant from the customers point of view. After many complaints & a look into 20/20, their 'help' lines were no help to any of the agents. The phones are tied up at different times of the day, with an average wait of 11 people in front of you (appx. 2 hr. wait). My mother has had a insurance policy thru her JC penny's credit card. She has made the payments for the insurance faithfully for years. In July my parents had to file for brankrupcy. She re-affirmed the JC penny's account and continued to made the payments for the insurance. Come to find out JC Penny's closed her account without notice and instead of re-laying the payment to the insurance company they just credited it to a closed account. On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car. In june I paid Dan Casey of K.C. CONSTRUCTION $7200.00 in labor fee's to put up a retaining wall and privacy fence. By November the thing was ready to collapse and is continuing to erode.
