In june I paid Dan Casey of K.C. CONSTRUCTION $7200.00 in labor fee's to put up a retaining wall and privacy fence. By November the thing was ready to collapse and is continuing to erode. This is due to the fact Dan DID NOT dig a trench for the first row, nor did he back fill it enough with dirt. The fence is Warp and slats are Poping off. The two door gate Dan built Drags the ground and is so Twisted it doesn't close.

After repeated phone calls to Dan about this he said he would fix this and make it right. He has Lied to me time after time about this and has never shown up or returned my calls. I am very unhappy with Dan's quality of work and lack of professionalism. We are a single income family who has waited five for this and now all we have is a real mess that will have too pay someone else to come in and built it Right.
