I purchased a washer and dryer at HH Gregg. They called me at 6:30 a.m. to tell me they would deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. . They were supposed to call me 40 minutes ahead of time before they show up. They didn't call me until 5:23 and didn't show up until 5:45 in the p.m. just 15 minutes late, enough time to piss me off. read full review »

I ordered DVD series on November 30th, and never received my merchandise from them. By the third week of waiting for it, I checked the status of my order online by sending them an email. I also tried to call, but only gives you the option of leaving a message. No one ever responded to my email and you cannot get through to anybody on the phone. This was someone's Christmas gift. Recently, I bought a pair of Roundtree and York pants. After a few washings they shrunk to an unusable size. Since this the 2nd time that this has happened to me I am asking you to start carrying name brands again. I do not have this happen when I buy dockers or haggler. I have been arguing with Verizon DSL Billing since January 07. I had trouble with their services from Dec. 06 when I first installed their software. My phone service went out for about 5 days. Finally after a lineman checked the connections, they determined it was from a mistake when the office connected the DSL. My billing has never been straight since signing up for their DSL. My wife went to the website and took advantage of a free 30 day offer for Credit Report services. Before the 30 days was up she called and notified the company that we wanted to cancel. She was assured it was cancelled. We just got our credit card statement and a $14.95 was presented . I called and complainted then they claimed they dont show anywhere that my wife had cancelled the service and that I would have to pay the $14.95. I see that I am not the only one that they are doing this to. I would like to take this matter up with the US Attorney General's office. How do I do that?? read full review »

I trusted the seller based on his feedback, however, i believe he used 2 of his friends to assist him. He is in the marine corps. My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. In October, I contracted Pneumonia, and due to some complications, my doctor has not released me to resume vigorous physical activity. How can a gas bill go from 22.03 to $140.03 in one month when you don't even have heating, (system been out since November), never home, don't cook. I started to use "Chase - Continental business credit card" since June. 2007. I paid my balance in full every month except Sep. 2007. So, on Oct's statement, there is a late fee and financial change. I paid in full (including the financial change) on time on 10/22/07. But again, on Nov's statement, there is $2.68 financial change. We needed a site for our very small business and were on a very tight budget. They assured us that they could build the site we wanted. We stayed at one of the Sunspot-managed properties for a weekend in October, 2007. When we moved into our home we purchased new appliances for our kitchen-all Whirlpool Gold. I had a service call within the first three months for the electric stove saying it didn't heat properly. Two technicians were sent to our home and told me it showed the proper heat level. I stood my ground saying it may be working ok right now, but it doesn't always hold it's temperature. I have lived with this problem since then and now the control panel has gone and the quote was $496.00 to repair the over that hasn't worked properly from day one. Ordered JVC camera Dec 3, 2007. They required me to call to confirm order. Lied to me and told me only a 20 minute demo battery came with the camera and tried to sell me a $189 battery. I declined (can buy similar battery on ebay for $20). After 14 days I call to see why the camera has not arrived and am told it's on backorder. I'm willing to bet that if I had purchased the overpriced battery I'd have rec'd both!!! Purchased an LG dishwasher. After 3 service calls they replaced it!! The one they replaced quit working after 18 months, this was an $800 dishwasher!! They refused to do anything to make it right. We also purchased a Washer Dryer set for over $2300.00 the washer hase been serviced 3 times. We have to leave the door open on it because it smells so musty!!
