I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. Because of this I was denied a full 1 year warranty and denied the option to buy an extended warranty. At 10 months to the day that the warranty ran out, the inverter went out on my LCD. Attempted to order a ticket from SDiego to FM FL in Nov 07. Unable to have transaction go through so quit & went to Priceline.com where I successfully purchased ticket, got confirmation, took the trip. Credit card bill received showed a charge for 151.80 for Hotwire OnLine Travel which I did not charge. I paid 225.09 for the fare from Priceline.com. December 15, 2007 I had a service tech come to my house because a week prior to this date another service tech came to my house because my dishwasher was under a recall. I called Network Agenda, BSM/Grant Search and found out that all this stemmed from me getting involved with Google!! make sure you cancel Google and cancel EVERYTHING that goes with it! We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I ordered 6 seasons of carol burnettt and friends and a tim conway comedy for #$120.00, they had no problem charging my card, but they also sent me only 1 season with the video case all smashed and the tapes all scratched/which also skipped and froze when I tried them. My Lincoln Mark VIII was having a electical problem that caused the car not to start. It was not getting a spark to the plugs. I cancelled immediately within minutes of using their search engine and finding absolutely nothing that could not be found by using google. So I cancelled. Now this company stated I signed up for their services also and this is where they got my credit card information. Paid for items, dropped out of program, and they will not give items that were paid for, which were bought prior to cancellation. All other parents have receive their items, but since cancellation, I have been in contact and there has not been a straight answer on where my items are. They keep giving excuses or coming up with an arbitrary excuse of why they don't have the items I purchased. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day. Do not, no matter how tempting, ever buy a computer from this company. The company is a third party that resell systems that are actually manufactured by other companies. Primarily MSI and the like. Their customer service is all but non-existent, and they provide absolutely no service whatsoever for system drivers - for the systems that they "build." I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods.
