My husband and I filed our taxes on 1-29-08 and filed for an RAL with it through them. It is now 2-4-08 and we have not seen anything due to as they tell us our return and six others are stuck in there system and have not been processed to IRS nor by the bank. I should have checked into this company before I purchased from them, I placed an order on september 11th of 2007. This is the WORST Floral experience I've ever had... Betty and Theodore Boesen that started this business back in 1923 would be VERY UPSET... I have been receiving harassing phone calls for about 8 months now regarding my expired automobile warranty. I Pay for advertising thru superpages and Idearc media. It is Called Pay per Click. I signed up back in June of 2007. I have this same set up with Goggle. I deposit a set amount of Cash as a holding balance. AS customers click on the link I am to be deducted .20¢ per click; which is deducted from my holding balance. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!!! First they send the package to the billing address and not the sending address. Then they sent the wrong color item. The email page was expired so there is no way to get a return merchandise authorization number that you supposedly have to have before they will accept the package upon delivery. I "upgraded" my two HD-10 receivers with the advertised new and improved HD-20 receivers. Since they installed a new satellite on my roof and the two new receivers, I lost my HD service with all five local channels.
