IBDMarketing was a For-Sale -By -Owner advertising company. They collect upfront fees to sell timeshares. They collect the fees, advertise the timeshare on the website and forget it. GE Care Credit issued credit in my name to an ex-wife of mine. Candace Browder and I had been divorced for 15 years. I found out 2 mos after the account was opened because I checked my credit report online. I followed procedure, contacted credit bureaus, filled disputes, contacted GE Care Credit. As a family with school age children, it is nearly impossible to make reservations at popular vacation resorts, unless you book 10 months in advance. The process of making reservations is very cumbersome, as you cannot book resorts online yourself but you have to go through customer service. Quality carpet cleaners did not show up at our house for 2 appointments. I waited around for 4hrs each day and no one called and said they were not coming. I called the company and they said " the technician had been there and left because no one answered the door " this is not true i was sitting there waiting for them. They repeated the address to me which was correct. I had taken my kids in to have pictures taken before my son had to leave for the Marines. I think the service provided by the Photo Video Network in New Jersey was horrible. The photographer and videographer were fine. I bought Roxio 9 Suite. The product would not install. Since I do hardware / software support for a living I checked all possible issues that might cause the problem outside of the CDs just being damaged. Nothing worked so I put in a ticket with Roxio support. They sent me back a procedure which sometimes works to install old (Pre 98) products but I tried the instruction twice anyway. I received a payday loan from 365fastcash.com and never received a contract from the company. I have tried to contact them several times to discuss my paying them back. No call back, no live person. You send an email ticket or complaint-you can't get on a website once you received the loan. They took out $74.00 fee out of my account. I have not signed any paper. I looked online to check them out to find out they are from Russia and part of a Natzi group. Fafsa.com is obviously a hoax because it charges for the financial aid. When I realized it, I went back to change my information to try and prevent identity theft. I could change everything except the social security number. They essentially kept it and were not going to give it back. There was no box to edit it. It was as if I had not entered it before. I have a Bank of America Power Rewards Card provided thru FIA Card Services based out of Wilmington, Delaware. I have been trying to get it resolved since March 25th and it is now June 18th. After paying $3500 they will correct the mistake if I pay them $500 more.
