I stay at a weekly motel- we get free internet, but, problem is, the tenants/customers, have to rely on the office computer in order to get it. MY problem is, I do not have the luxury of a laptop with Wifi- I have to use a tower, with an internet adapter in the back. I do not know, when the last time it was the managers here, had Cox come out and take a look at the wiring, but, I have absolutely NO signal- it is at LOW every day. Tata Docomo prepaid and Tata Indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in Panjagutta. Calls are getting dropped in between, GPRS is unable to connect, network strength is wavering each second. Verizon One Bill is nothing but problems. We had a one bill but told them we wanted Verizon wireless and internet services sent on two separate bills. We received a shipment from this company (PRO# 1295830173). It was shipped from Orlando, FL ON 05/24/2010, and arrived in Medford on 06/01/2010. I don't know exactly what is wrong with this site. I have tried and tried to log on and it keeps telling me to enable cookies. My room mate fixes computers and he checked to see if I had to enable cookies. It is already enabled. On that window it has customer service (a clickable word) to get ahold but if I can't even log on how do I get in contact with anyone?? If I ever do get logged on I might just cancel it. I was in the process of ordering P90X and was having a hard time deciding whether to get the deluxe package or the regular package. When I didn't hear from them, I contacted them with an immediate response that they would get back to me in 48 hours or less. It is now June 17th, I have been trying to get my central air conditioning repaired since May 2nd. The Heatint & Air Conditioning Service Total Protect uses, is not only incompetent they are also dishonest. I had a credit card debt charged off. Original debtor was conoco. I was told buy Financial Recovery Servicies that they bought debt. FRS called and were rude to my wife's business and we settled for $330.00. This was a total complete settlement and they were to send confirmation by mail. I am a forgery victim in the state of california for forgery with a bill I cannot clear out of my credit report with t-mobile for 389.04. I have filed a complaint with the ftc and sent in appriopiate paperwork incuding a police report and filed affidavits with this organization.
