However this time they crossed their limits and are not responding to my e-mails. I have a pre-paid connection 9360103440 since May 04 and faced no problem so far. Required documentation was done at the time of taking the connection. I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused. My Feezer failed around July of 2006 . Food all rotted as freezer is chest type in basement and I didn't realize that it had failed until I went to get some food out of it. The smell was terrible. I was a postpaid subscriber of Airtel J & K (Srinagar Circle) for a period of 6 months till Jun 2005. Before leaving on transfer to Haryana I had submitted an application along with a proof of identity with forwarding address to refund my Security Deposit of Rs.1000/- Unbilled amount was Rs.200/- (approx). It is really a sad commentary on the part of a conglomerate like you that your customer care dept. has all along been turning a deaf ear to my constant & vigorous follow up even after deducting Rs 249/- on 26th feb 07 itself & holding out stream of assurances. GNC cannot accept non-US billing addresses, even though the order is being SHIPPED to the U.S. After explaining the situation to their Customer Service rep, I was rudely told they don't want my internet business, and just shop in Canadian GNC stores (many products are NOT available there!). Do not buy from this company! There is no way to call them and they have not responded to email. They advertise there software as being able to download any TV program etc. They don tell you it is very possibly illegal and beyond that it downloads extra programs that you do not need. Company requires for you to call to confirm order. The hours listed on the website was not accurate. Every time I called the hours seems to be pushed back by an hour! This is to inform you that I had gone in for a TATA Indicom phone connection last year but surrendered the phone due to continuous faulty connection as well as uncaring customer care personnel. The connection was finally removed after nearly 5 months of filing the complaint.
