I went to this popular bistro in downtown Sheboygan and heard the most awful story about a company in Random Lake who not only refuses to pay a computer tech for his time. They hired this guy to add a computer to their network and miscellaneous items. Auto Rickshaws in Aundh, Pune have started overcharging lately. When I came to Aundh some months back I was told that they ask for Rs. 15 minimum in the evening. Now I see that this practice has started during the day time as well. The approximate charges are 300 meter Rs 15 and above that within Aundh Rs 20. Totally disappointed!!! I located outside of US, so I needed to order a flower online for a friend who lives in US. (1) I paid for a deluxe order but it seemed that my friend just received a regular one (from the photos she took; guess they thought the buyers would never know) (2) When I placed the order, it said there will have a card accompanied with the order, but apparently there wasn't any because my friend did not know who sent her the flowers (3) the delivery date was wrong; it was 5 days earlier than the day I requested. I ordered a recumbent bike from Gately's Home Fitness Store on August 26, 2007 and have yet to receive any indication of a shipment number. Most unfortunately, I had the displeasure of working with Amex Movers for a local one-bedroom move of furniture. The movers required an upfront deposit via a credit card and were originally slated to move the furniture on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. On August 9th of 2007 after EarthLink reps came to our office to tell us that the new WI-FI service was now up & working in the city of Anaheim I placed an order for their service. Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. These guys sent three Russian movers that threatened to damage my belongings if they didn't receive adequate tips. Management didn't care and protected them. The managers ignored me. They also refused to weigh my goods but overcharged after the initial low estimate. The owner is a con-artist and a horrible person. It is amazing that these kinds of people without a shred of conscience live in this world. Do NOT go with Expediant. I have read many other complaints against them. Here's a good one! This guy comes to our door and says he can get us DSL as fast as our cable internet plus our phone for what we were paying for our cable internet. He calls in the order for their elite service and comparable phone service to what we had. He schedules the connection of the line by the phone people and tells us it is just flipping the switch and no one has to be there for it. Beware from ordering WildBlue Satellite Internet through DirecTV. They have contractors whole install. If you call the installation company to set up installation they refer you to an independent contractor who never calls you back. If you go to attequpmentrebate.com you will see there is alot of people that have been ripped off including myself. I think this is in need of a class action lawsuit! I have been denied a rebate check even though I qualified back in June 07 and they issued me a check twice only to cancel them before they were mailed and now they say I don't qualify because I moved? I used there service over the 60 days as per our agreement and they had no problem sending me three "final bills" {one for 1cent} as I gave them my forwarding address! First Choice Moving & Storage did not honor our original contract. They gave my shipment to Pegasus Van Lines who promptly added an additional $935 to bubble wrap a few items in our one bedroom move. We were not given a bill of lading, order for service or rights and responsibilities literature at pick-up. The bill of lading was filled in after the fact to the tune of $935 extra dollars. My brother bought this Directway set up in 2004 from Coppernet Zambia which has Iwayafrica in Kenya as its hub. It cost over US$6000 and monthly charges were US$213 per month for the lowest Home user service, and capped at 1(yes 1) MB. Going over that you are charged US200 per MB.
