I would like to complain that I had ordered an HP Laptop (1 no.) of amount Rs. 15000/- only. while I have been delivered 2 packages of a different product company with a different Configuration than i was told on the Phone.The phone that was promised was a blackberry phone. The total order as that notified during order and verification calls was Rs. 29, 999/-. Also I have been Charged an excess of Rs.32, 998/- on my ICICI Credit Card no. 4477 4737 7719 1003. Kindly inform me as to how i should return the package and get the correct order or else refund my amount. In event of no response I shall be forced to take alternate legal action against India Today group.

Living Media India Ltd / Reebok Kit. Complaints - Not received my order as yet. (OGA090029292)

Sir / Ma'am,

I had placed this order no OGA090029292 dated 8-Mar-2009 on the internet. It has been more than ONE FULL YEAR NOW.The promotional offer included 1 Reebok Shoe size No. 9 (NINE), 1 Reebook Bag & Towel, & 1 Reebok Track Suit (LARGE).

Despite innumerable telephonic follow ups, i have not received my order consignment as yet.

I shall be highly grateful if i am either returned my money (Rs.3199/-) or the consignment with the CORRECT sizes (shoe size NINE, and Track suit LARGE) at the very earliest.

Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated and I shall always remain obliged.

Dear All,

I have ordered a pair of reebok shoes from Bagittoday (India Today Group) on 29th Nov. 2009. The site has committed me a free gift of a wrist watch with this order. The order costs Rs. 1398.00 including delivery charges. I have done payment at the time of order by Credit Card.

I have sent lots of mails to the company mail ID ([email protected] and [email protected]). Everytime they have the same reason that the order has not been updated in their system. After a long struggle, they asked me the shoe size so that the order can be delivered on 10th Jan 2010. I replied on the same day. On 12th Jan 2010, they sent me a mail stating that the order is in process with order no. is BAGITTODAY/0GA100000542. After this mail, whenever I ask the update for that order, they reply with the reason that the order is in process, please wait for 10-12 days.


Still I am receiving mails from [email protected] to order the same thing which I have already ordered and not delivered to me.


Now, It is around 3 months when I placed the order and I have not received any good response from India Today Group.

I placed order under the offer that i will get total 6 items (BOOKS AND CDs); however, I got only 4 things. BOOKS: Little women, pride and prejudice. CDs: quizmaster, space. Out of this the CD quizmaster is bad, does not show up anything. Both the CDs and CD COVERS seem to be very old and rusted.

I did not receive two more CDs which I was supposed to receive.

The order was sent through rediffmail. That is why details of code number/order number cannot be generated. This order was placed in the month of August 2007. I can tell the address on which the parcel was delivered. This was Dr Madhav Mutalik c/o Ashok Relekar, cosmetica, sangli radio house, station road, opp pratap talkies, SANGLI 416 416 MAHARASHTRA. This experience is shocking and disgusting. Beware!
