First Choice Moving & Storage did not honor our original contract. They gave my shipment to Pegasus Van Lines who promptly added an additional $935 to bubble wrap a few items in our one bedroom move.

We were not given a bill of lading, order for service or rights and responsibilities literature at pick-up. The bill of lading was filled in after the fact to the tune of $935 extra dollars. A move that was supposed to cost $1265 suddenly went up to $2100 for bubble wrap and a few boxes.

I strongly urge consumers to beware of both of these companies. They are not truthful and will not stand by their contracts. They have had numerous complaints with DOT for fraudulent behavior. I only wish I had known that before I hired First Choice.
