I was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. I had applied for shifting my Airtel Broadband connection in Bangalore (080 41311505) on October 4, 2007 from Koramangala to Egipura. After escalating to higher authorities I was told on October 13, 2007 afternoon that the shifting is not possible as there is no spare capacity in the new location. Airtel spent 10 days to give me a negative reply and that also on a Saturday afternoon. We are in IT and need broadband connection urgently. I have been trying to get my mobile number disconnected for the past month. I have even visited two airtel stores at mumbai (Chembur & Lower Parel). But they have been of no help. As for airtel website too doesnt properly function. There is a permanent error - "Server too busy". Superuser.net is like the Bates Motel of hosting services. Setup appears to be highly automated, and actually not too bad... but god save you if you ever want to discontinue service. You'll find that none of their phone numbers accept messages, none of their email addresses ever get responded to, and they will continue to charge your credit card forever unless you stop it via your card service. I called into customer service after a shipping charge that was more than the product I ordered. The agent told me since it was the first time I ordered she would give me a one time free shipping. I have now been charged 12.95 a month for several months on my bank account, from some marketing company that works with them called encore marketing.
