First, they charged me 5 times more than the prices on their site because I guess share hosting accounts need to be managed for "noobs". Yes, the account "manager" called me a "noob". So I pay this ridiculous price to host my 1 file, html page that has my profile as I am a teacher at a local school - it contained some homework, etc. So, they email me saying I am sending a ton of spam out of some random email they gave me - i wasn't even hosting this domain! So I told them this I don't know what this is, and they closed my account. This was 5 days after I purchased, and my site went down. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY. I am now with godaddy and they are MUCH better, don't waist your time with ukeasily or their other company hostingdepartment. I guess hostingdepartment.net got too many bad reviews so they decided to make a new company. How sad, what company will they think of next...
