Who ever it may concern, I tried to use 12 voip services to call overseas.. I am using 1500 kbs broadband service. But every time when i try to call over internet, the connection gets disconnected after 30 seconds time. I put feed back nearly 4 times.. but no one from 12 voip customer service yet contacted me either through mail or through phone. I haven't had such a nasty response from anyone.. In second week of sept, 2007 unfortunately I, opted for a postpaid connection of Airtel and given connection no 9760002124 in Dehradun at given address 3, New Road. Within two weeks I got a call to pay Rs 688 as my due. I asked the caller to send me the bill at the given address, caller replied ok. Then time and again callers from Airtel kept on asking me to pay the amount without giving me any bill. Now since yesterday they have disconnected it. UPS CANADA is good in making and faking tracking details. It always claim fault on customer side when delivery is delayed. Often "customer is not found" or " incorrect address" , or " customer not avaialble". Reservation counter for senior citizen at Gurgaon Railway Station remained close from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on 17.10.2007. No normal counter entertained the senior citizen on priority basis. What is the fault of senior citizen, why the alternative arrangement has not been made to entertain the senior citizen on priority basis? O called to confirm that that they had the Sharp52inch LCD was in stock, they said yes so I ordered it immediately for what was a too good to be true price. I was email to call them for a confirmation. They said that there was a back offer and I said that was unacceptable.
