Making reference to a charge of $49.95 on my American Express' bill for period ending 10/09/07, is this going to be an ongoing thing when I am over for a month? Wouldn't it be wise to have one of your representative to contact me to offer me a better monthly deal that really works not like the slow service we now receive over AOL connection?
