Two years ago I bought what I thought was going to be a way better lawnmower than what I ever had before. It was a Craftsman Mower, 6.75 Horsepower, self propelled, 21" cut. Glasses are backed by a 1 year warranty. These Chinese made 300 USD sunglasses broke. However sending them in to get repaired, results in no response, no phone calls back, long hold times on the phone without ever getting connected. My limit was 30 minutes. In late 2006 I purchased a engine from Michigan Motor Exchange for my Jeep. It was the famous 4.0L inline six. I paid a pretty penny for the engine.. $2, 377.28 and they did not install it. I had purchased tire chains on a winter trip in December of 2007 in Oregon. I was told if I didn't use the chains it was no problem to return them. When I took them to the Les Schwab in San Carlos California (bay area), I was told I must have the receipt. Service was very good for several years up until a few months ago. My IP address is dropped almost consistently around 4-5pm every day. There are intermittent outages all day long. Not sure what has happened and no one at customer support can tell me anything. A few reps have admitted it's something on their end. The next day someone else denies it. I rented from this company and it was a living nightmare. They care nothing about you. All they care about is keeping a unit occupied.
