There have been unauthorized charges to my credit card account from Easy Saver, I have no idea how long they have been charging me (at least 3 months) shame on me. Anyway, after complaining to them and the nasty representative, they agreed to reverse one charge and discontinue charging me. Well, they reversed one charge and billed me twice in the past month. This taxi firm exploits weary foreign guests to Bulgaria arriving at its nice, new airport, giving these foreign guests a very poor first impression of Bulgaria. The international traveler places his luggage in the trunk of the taxi at the front of the taxi que and enters the cab which then leaves onto a major highway. The passenger then sees that the taxi charges 3.50 leva per kilometer. Fearing for his luggage and finding himself in a conflict with the driver on a major highway, the passenger avoids conflict with the driver to find that by the time the cab has arrived at the Sofia main bus station, the charge is 53 leva. read full review »

I purchased a mercury saltwater series 125 hp/2/stroke in 2000, after nine months of no run time due to mechanical problems, the dealer agreed to replace. The 2001 engine was used very sparingly for six years: maybe twenty hours per year Now my mechanic is troubleshooting a knock in the engine and guess what he found: there never were any locking rings to hold the wrist pins so all cylinders are scored and repair is too costly for the age of the engine. I have a problem with Grey Hound on their seating arrangements. Winnipeg to Toronto. We booked our seats on the bus from Winnipeg to Toronto. It costs us an extra $10.00 for this pre booking. We had no problem until we got to Sudbury. They changed drivers and cleaned the bus. When we went to resume our pre booked seating we were told that pre booked seating does not apply in Ontario only in Manitoba and that we would have to select another seat. A @ E Repair (Sears) sent out a technician for washer repair. The parts to be repaired were determined to be in working order. A new part was ordered and when technician opened carton, the part was damaged, it had been used and damaged. Personnel was very rude and told me that I should do business with someone else and that they are not responsible for the parts. I unfortunately purchased a motorola v3233i phone last August and have had nothing but trouble from it. I sent it back for warranty service once in December and it appeared to be ok for a while and then began functioning strangely again. It would shut off on its own, switch settings for ring or vibrate and in the end, if stopped being able to charge, at which point I sent it back (in june). My complaint is about the purchase of some equipment from the Melbourne Bicycle Centre in Clifton Hill, Australia . I made the mistake of completing an online info request for the University of Phoenix Atlanta campus. I have asked them on six occasions to stop calling me at both my home and cell phone. I have even called and asked they delete me from their database. This is all to no avail. What part of do not call do they not understand? I would never agree to attend their University. I was the winning bidder for a 7 day vacation at Oyster Bay in St. Martin. They did not honour the auction because they claimed I had an existing reservation through Expedia. Not only did they not honour it, but they did not even have the courtesy to contact me that there was a problem. My reservations and payment were made on 6/23/08-due date was 6/30/08. About two weeks after that, I contacted them for verification. That's when I learned there was a problem. I have it in writing from Expedia that no such reservation exists. In December 2006, a monthly charge of $7.25 plus $.36 tax appeared on my AT&T phone bill for 'voice message monthly fee'. AT&T showed that the billing was provided as a service to the company identified, which was MyTeleBill, LLC. An "888" number was provided if there were any questions about the charge. Within the past several years, one of my sisters has a few times ordered and paid for several gift subscriptions to magazines from this company (which until recently went by the name "MagSelect.com") for many family members at Christmastime. We each receive a yellow card in the mail wishing us "Season's Greetings" and advising that a gift subscription to a specific magazine will be sent to us within 6 to 12 weeks. I was a Telatron employee for two years from Feb 2001 until Dec 2003. I was miserable for those two years working there. That place is EVIL! It is a cesspool. The HR staff, especially Diana Post are condescending and treat you like sh**. This turned out to be your typical "Bait and Switch" program. It seems that even when one participates in the "Product Test Program" and receives an incentive gift, or in my case a $50 gift card, that there is still no remedy. Once activated, I tried using the card for an online purchase and was rejected by the financial institution that the card was suppose to be purchased from. I made the mistake of hiring Father and Son Movers out of Jacksonville, Florida to move me from Orange Park (outside of Jax) to Tallahassee, Florida. I was given a time window that the movers were to come to pack up my belongings, which they missed. I had to call the office to find out where my movers were and what time they were coming. I purchased a GE Washer and Dryer on July 15, 2007. In December 2007 the dryer through the main breaker in my home because it got so hot. The shell of the dryer would burn you almost immediately to the touch. It took a repairman 2 months to the day to get back with me about changing all 3 theromstats in the dryer. Since then it does dry however, the shell does not get hot unless you open the dryer between cycles to check on the clothes and if you do it gets hot again. I've filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General of Tex and the National Transportation. They hold your items hostage until you pay the EXTRA fees they charge you (my case it cost me $3500 more than the quote!) They delivered my items 2-1/2 weeks later than said. An order for a bedroom set was placed on June 13th and the receipt said an expected delivery date of July 15th. However, after repeated efforts to contact the store via telephone, I was told today that the order wouldnt be delivered until the end of October. The representative also mentioned that when they write 4 weeks on the receipt it normally takes 8-12 weeks. My husband and I purchased a mattress from Park Furniture, Altoona, Pa. under the impression we were recieving the best service from a small business owner. The mattress, Allure from Restonic, cost us $1600! It lasted about a year and a half then formed permanent indentations on both sides. It no longer offers support or pain free nights. I toss and turn and wake up unrested and in much pain. They will not do anything about this as there is small stain on the mattress which they say voids the warranty. We hired Masterpiece Studios to do our daughters wedding photos. The photographer was on the recommendation from the Thunderbird Chapel. This was a horrible experience. If you want to spend $1500 and receive 22 engagement photos (taken with a white background and look like school photos) and 22 bridal photos...this is the place to call. All photos were edited and only the ones 'he' thought were acceptable were we allowed to see. He is rude, late, and even misses appointment times and days.
