I placed an order with this company...Walk Fit America. I ordered 2 pr. of orthotics. They "promptly" debited my bank account for over $59. The product was not as expected and I returned it within 2 weeks...I am still waiting on a refund. They keep telling me I will receive it within 3-3 business days each time I call. Within 10 minutes I had contacted customer service and realized our bill was past due and we had been disconnected...totally our fault and very embarrassing. I have paid an amount for converting from prepaid to postpaid aircel connection on 1st July '08. Till today they (Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore - Agent for Aircel Limited) haven't activated for us. On March 20 2008 Atlantic Container Lines was contracted to ship a CAT D7 Bulldozer. I did so and when I didn't call back to cancel, they automatically billed my credit card for monthly charges of $14.95/month.
