I bought flowers from them off their website and for months i was being charged $9.95 a month without realizing it until i decided to check my transactions one day and saw this charge that i did not know what it was for. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a company, Rogers. All info can be found on the bloomex.ca file # 822949.
Bloomex accepted my visa card as payment and the flowers were to be delivered on July 9. They have not been delivered - it has been 2 days now that I am calling and leaving messages, I have sent emails to the bloomex site and to no avail, can someone check into this and have the order canceled so that I could find a more reliable flower shop.

I placed an order with this company...Walk Fit America. I ordered 2 pr. of orthotics. They "promptly" debited my bank account for over $59. The product was not as expected and I returned it within 2 weeks...I am still waiting on a refund. They keep telling me I will receive it within 3-3 business days each time I call. And the worst part is that you cannot understand a word! The customer service reps speak very broken English. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that I could not. Was told by manager could not offer discount, that was advertised on window 1/2 off from 2-4 p.m. There was no mention of coupons on window or anywhere. I would never recommend using space kitchen (they don't even deserve capital letters) unless you like misinformation, stress, constant errors, laziness, rubbish excuses and massive unapologetic delays. I ordered a gun from airsplat on May 29, it arrived on June 6, 4 days later I gave it as a gift to my son, it broke 2 days after that. Their product stinks and they are worse than their product.

We ordered a TV online because you did not have it in your stores. We then had to wait four days for it to be delivered on a Tuesday. The day of delivery we get a call saying that we would have to wait two more days for it to be delivered. On the second delivery day the men open the box and the TV is damaged. My service was interrupted at 10:15 am on July 8. Within 10 minutes I had contacted customer service and realized our bill was past due and we had been disconnected...totally our fault and very embarrassing. But...it is 12 hours later, 11 hours since my online payment cleared my bank with at least 10 phone calls back to customer service had various explanations and a little sarcasm and still no service. I have paid an amount for converting from prepaid to postpaid aircel connection on 1st July '08. Till today they (Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore - Agent for Aircel Limited) haven't activated for us. When I ask for the reason, from the beginning (after receiving the amount) they say, the prepaid number is in some others name, which my wife is using the same number for the past 3 years.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** I dropped my car of on Feb 8, 2008, I paid in full and submitted all required paperwork. I was assured it would ship before the end of Feb 2008. It only shipped on April 28. Now that it has arrived in South Africa it is being held by customs because it was put in a container with another vehicle that has no paperwork and customs will only clear the entire container, so who knows when that will happen. I did so and when I didn't call back to cancel, they automatically billed my credit card for monthly charges of $14.95/month. I was using Nochex and they made me upgrade my account to a merchant one, for which I had to pay GBP50 for the privilege, a week into having this account, I had over 3k funds in the account and they blocked my account for no reason and wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds for over a month, all the time earning interest on my money!
