Very shady, not surprising for a towing company. Ashley's Towing towed my car yesterday in front of my apartment complex for having expired tags. Who do these guys think they are towing someones vehicle in front of their home for expired tags. If they had called the police well they would find out just because the stickers are expired doesn't mean the vehicles not registered. I am having the same issue with Equifax/CSC Credit Services. I have filed a dispute with Equifax through CSC Credit Services, and even received a registration confirmation from CSC Credit Services. I attempted to logon to their site to check the status, and they don't have record of my username or the email address that they sent my registration confirmation to. Of course I called Equifax, and received 3 separate phone numbers that go to recordings that point you back to their website. Having located a particular research paper I noticed a "banner blog" about teeth whitening...the blogger wrote about obtaining free samples from 2 companies for under $10 shipping fee. Visited one company and could not sign on for the free sample; visited the second company and was able to order my sample for the shipping fee of $6.99. Watch out if you buy from them and have a return. They do not refund the full product cost as they have a "hidden" charge for the "full" shipping cost when they send you the merchandise. It is not a restocking fee but a charge for what they determine should have been the full shipping charge. WE WILL NOT DO ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Hi we recieved a Gold Canyon Candle Co. Clean Sheets Candle as a gift. We took it home and lit it. Within a short period of time we noticed our children had soot all in their nostrils. We also had soot in our nostrils and felt nauseated and had headaches. We blew out the candle and noticed our sofa and chair which originally were white, were now grey and the counters in the kitchen (another room that the candle wasn't in) were covered in grey soot. I was in your 12 Oak mall location the week of Thanksgiving. Shopping for Christmas, I over heard a pregnant worker talking about a black lady that was working there too. I was very offended and felt she should have kept her thoughts to her self and not use the sale floor for discussion. It was very unprofessional for Talbots standards. I have been waiting for my spa top ordered in September. The company collected our money in quick fashion. Since then I have been told that they confused my order and needed the color of top. My complaint about this collection agency I phoned in to let them know that the recipient of the past due bill past away. I gave them specifics of the death and informed them the death is not officiated by the county yet because I am still awaiting results from the toxicology report. In November, I contracted an $18, 000 job with Closet and Storage Concepts. The construction was to begin on December 18 and be finished by December 20. The job is not even half done as of today, January 2. Some days no one shows up to work; when they do appear, no one seems to know what to do or how to do it. This place shows cabins on line to rent. I looked thru all cabins in the area and chose this place. My husband and I made reservations for a cabin for December 1 and 2nd 2006 for our anniversary. It costs us a total of $288.00 for 2 nights. The place was very unhealthy. There were dead bugs and dust in window seals and on floors. Dometic Air conditioner lasted 6 months into warrantee, the refrigerator lasted 8 months into the 3 year warrantee. Motor home used only 2 months during that time. We have been subscribers to Crosswinds Communications for about three years. We have a website hosted on their ISP and our business and personal e-mail accounts. The service over the past year and a half has been abysmal. The service is unavailable half the time and it has often cost us valuable response time to our clients as a result. When my system arrived, 2-weeks late, I was busy with Christmas and dealing with an illness requiring surgery. Customers are allowed two weeks to complain about incorrect shipping. Bought a VGA Graded game on Ebay and to my surprise it was NOT the quality I was expecting considering it's rating. The game was "graded" the highest possible rating, so as you might figure out quite easily, I paid top dollar for it. I can see creases and tears in the shrink wrap. The hang tag is missing and the box had more blemishes than I could count with one hand. Tried contacting the seller, but all sales are final.
