We have been subscribers to Crosswinds Communications for about three years. We have a website hosted on their ISP and our business and personal e-mail accounts. The service over the past year and a half has been abysmal. The service is unavailable half the time and it has often cost us valuable response time to our clients as a result. We have repeatedly attempted to phone and e-mail them to no avail. They have an automatic monthly withdrawal to extract the fees for their service each month. The trouble to cancel the payments is considerable and I don’t even know if that’s a legal recourse. I would like your department to investigate this problem for us and perhaps by posting this message other who are experiencing similar problems with Crosswinds or some other ISP can speak up. If you never got your mail for three day’s I’m sure you’d be prompted to contact the postal department. E-mail today is as valuable as postal delivery and will if not already surpass snail mail very soon.
