This company not only misrepresented themselves, mislead me into paying outside of escrow on Guru.com so they could escape dispute process, but then after 4 months (2 months longer than the timetable promised to me to complete the project), they hadnt completed the website and demanded 50% more than the agreed upon rate to simply give me the files completed-to-date so I can hire a more competent company to finish them. Moreover, the work they have done is illegal, they simply copied the source code of my current cart provider (which opens me up to being sued for copyright infringement if I even posted it online), and inserted mailicous code into the home page that would have infected customer computers. Even though I asked prior to hiring, if all work was done in-house and was told yes, they outsourced it to India, where no one seemed able to understand the english language. Ming, the owner, has been hostile and uncooperative, and has the most unprofessional attitude I have ever encountered. He continues to threaten ME with a lawsuit. I gave him many opportunites just to stop work, and give me what I paid for. Instead, he says "working as fast as we can." Yet never gave me anything. I have paid him $2700 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. He now says I have to give him another $1500 simply to get the nonfunctional files. Unacceptable. Beware of this company.
