I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase. After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. The cracks would make it impossible to put the bookcase together. The panels will need to be replaced. I am saddened to see that yet another client is going through the same awful experience we had with Justin Schuck Photography . We hired Justin to shoot our wedding in May of 2008, and though he was very professional before and during the wedding, it was a nightmare trying to get him to send us any of our treasured photos in the following months. I signed up with this company that offerred a local phone number to my husband who is currently at the Western Correctional center in Mt. Sterling, IL. This company immediately debited my checking account and sent me a local number. With a safari subscription you pay about $50 a month. Great you get 5 tokens to use a month which 'purchases' you downloads. However if you don't use those tokens in 90days you lose them. A book 'costs' between 10 and 15 tokens on average for a 'useful' manual or freference one. The books are available on Amazon or other web stores for less than $25. We have had nothing but appalling service from this business. We bought several toner cartridges from them for an HP 4650 LaserJet, and every single cartridge has been defective. The toner leaks and cause streaking on the majority of our printouts. The toner leaks so badly it has gotten into the printer itself, making toner show up everywhere - even in our paper tray. Falsely billed for charges on closing the account rather than renewing it. Turned over to NCO Financial 2 months after closing the account and believing that all fees had been cancelled when I cancelled the account. Now an 8.99 charge from 1and1 --- which I SPECIFICALLY asked them if there were any other charges I needed to take care of --- is being added to by a 18.95 charge for Collection. In my dealings with Beam of Light Technologies, INC. were at first very good. Their product switch faild and they replaced it right away. The second switch on their product failed again. I called them and they said they would replace it again. That was 3 weeks ago. The owner counted the cards, & said there were only 9, & he wouldn't give me a refund unless there were 10. I repeatedly told him I never used a card & didn't know how there were only 9. Ive been trying to track my package for a week now and the postal company only knows that its in Vermont. I knew the company was in Utah and I am in NY so it made no sense to me that my package would go past the state I am in. We have a tack and feed store and got a sales call one day. The gentleman was selling vaccines for dogs & cats. I was promised if I did not sale the product than I would get a full refund on all products. As time went by they were not selling due to Florida laws and the local Vet policies.
