Friday I booked a EasyCab. I got the SMS saying "Dear Guest, Your booking id for dt 12 Jun 09 2215 is 1997; Thank for your choosing EasyCabs.". But I have not got the cab. I called twice (9.45 pm and 10.10 pm) one lady told that within (and maximum) ten minutes Cab will come for pick up. But I have not got any cab. The Showroom/Manufacturer received an order from a design firm. The showroom represented our furniture line. The showroom cashed both checks the design firm had issued them; a total of $27, 000.00. Our contract states that a check is to be sent out to us, one week after, the showroom has received payment. I shipped a small parcel to Calgary from Kelowna BC using Canada post express. I was promised it would get there in two days time, it did. Express post also means I would get my money order in an additional two days. That's a total of four days there and back. Four days after I should of received my money order, I called Canada Post. In November, 2008, 'A Preferred Paving' provided service for me and I paid them a week later. (I have the canceled check.) In January, 2009 they wrongfully filed a baseless Mechanics Lien against my property for nonpayment of this bill. In late March, 2009 a lien release was provided to me but never recorded in the Recorder of Deed's office. Although they acknowledged their error, THEY REFUSE TO PAY TO HAVE THE RELEASE RECORDED. We hired this company to set appoiontments for us. We got no appointments and hours upon hours of frustration with leaving messages and waiting for them to return calls with progress reports or activity. The company and it's principals have taken our money and never performed any of the their promised action items. They act like a bunch of college freshman running a business out of a dorm room. Pretty web site, boastful presentation with nothing to back it up. Be careful when interviewing this company. read full review »

I 100% agree with everything people are saying about how BAD the Massage Business Dashboard really is. I am also a user and its been the most painful experience of my life. I will not list out all the issues I've had and support cases logged with no resolution. It would take up an entire book/hard drive to document it all. We had a similar experience too, except that we ordered a headboard and it did arrive, but broken. I did call them and they said to ship it back (they paid for shipping not me) and they would send a new one. So Fedex picked up the package to send it back but a new headboard was never sent from them and now their site is gone and we have no way of getting in touch with them. read full review »

I purchased an Arm & Hammer product that was damaged inside the package, no problem there is a "Guaranteed Performance" statement on the back of the package. Unfortunately, they never follow-up after an initial response. Their customer service responded promptly to my August email asking for additional information to which I replied. I have contacted them twice since that time and still not a word from Arm & Hammer. It would be nice to at least be acknowledged even if it never went beyond that. read full review »

I want to give you a heads up on the worst towing service out there. They call themselves Hall's Towing . If you hear this name, stay away from them. Their motto suggests that customer service is their number one priority, but it is not. They also go as far to say, "We dont want an arm or leg, we just want your business". That is a load of bull!! My family and I went to take family photos at Love Boat for the holiday season. First of all, this place does not have a price quote for any of the prints that you order. They just magically come up with the number in their heads, based on how many prints you order. (In other words, if you want to get ripped off, get your family portrait taken here.) We recently had a terrible experience with Telepacific that I want to warn you about. We notified them on May 19, 2009 that we wanted to disconnect our service with them. We were moving offices, and we did not want to use their service at our new location. On May 28, 2009, we received email confirmation from them (from their disconnect department) that our account would be disconnected on June 19, 2009, which would also be our billing end-date. Yeah, this place stole my money. I paid $45 and never got my shipment. The tracking number doesn't work since they never actually shipped anything out. Customer service sucks. No one ever answers phone or email. This company is rated F by the Better Business Bureau. Don't be deceived just because they look like some happy hippie company. I ordered Christmas presents for my grandchildren from this company on line from a catalog they had sent. They acknowledged the order, but never sent the merchandise. Had to go shopping on Dec. 24th for the kids. The communication is terrible from these guys. They don't let you know if they're having a problem, just leave you hanging and wondering. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I recommend never orderning from Ballard Designs . Nothing they have is worth the hassle I went through. I was shipped the wrong order twice by the vendor and weeks later I still do not have a comforter for my bed. My plane was scheduled on 21 December 2008 at 15.00pm from Heathrow to Seattle. Few passengers were in the check in counter from 10.30 am and we had been advised that our flight NW105 had been postponed until 22 December 2008 at 12.00 pm. They told us to wait and meet at 14.00 pm in the bus terminal 24 for the coach to get us to the hotel. Guy Smith put in a new gas boiler sept 07. I had problems 15 months later. called them and service rep showed up. He spent over an hour supposedly looking at the system. Tells me I need a new pump and that it would cost $600 for part and labor!!! Find out they never replaced the pump even though I spent $6000 for the new system. After this bozo left I called a fella who had done some work for me before. He shows up 3 hours later and within 30 MINUTES had it fixed and tells me the pump is fine!!! I also have a similar problems with Call Carib. You can get their access #, however you just cannot reach the party that you are calling. Despite repeated telephone calls including repeated e-mails just no response from Carib Call. For quite some time you were unable to view their web site. I am sure that there are many others who have similar experiences. Carib Call should respond and give some explanations etc to their customers as to why their telephone system is not working. read full review »

An unauthorized charge of $14.95 appeared on my August 2009 Qwest phone bill. The charge was made by ESBI on behalf of Orbit Telecom. I did not request any products from Orbit Telecom and did not authorize the $14.95 charge. I called ESBI about the bogus charge and they said they would refund the $14.95 but it would take 1 to 2 months for the credit to be reflected on my Qwest account. I paid my phone bill minus the $14.95 and hope carrying the bogus balance will not affect my bill paying and credit rating. read full review »

I purchased a Majestic AS PTM King bed and paid around $1000 for it. It has been a little over a year and the bed is horrible. We are unable to sleep on it as it has dips and is uncomfortable to sleep on. We have gone back to using our 13 year old bed which is far better. I now have lower back problems and would probably never purchase another Sleeptronic bed again. Because it is over a year I am stuck with a bed that I cannot return to the store that I purchased it from because the manufactures warranty is up. I was guaranteed a great bed and received a crap bed. I would not recommend this company or bed to anyone I know. read full review »

Don't buy these. They will more than double your credit card invoice amount by adding shipping and processing fees. They will bill your credit card before they ship your product. Many people report that the product either never comes or takes a long time to arrive. I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS. But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only. II love your liquid laundry detergent...all flavors...but, can you please do something about the measuring caps on the bottles? Dark blue liquid in a dark blue cap makes it very difficult to see any measuring lines...same with the green. Why not clear, or white caps, with black measuring lines. Bought 3 CIS systems, stopped working after two weeks of usage ( i had not started using them until the second month after the purchase). The chips got burnt, and asked for replacement chips. They sent used chips, which were burnt too, so my printers do not recognize the cartridges. I called them after to let them know about this and they did not answer my phone calls.
