Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. I disconnected this account on March 3 or so because of very bad customer service from Videotron. I have been billed for this account AFTER I disconnected it. When I called back again, they hung upo as soon as I asked to be removed from the list. This happened three times in a row.
