I ordered a comforter set from Home Decorating Company aka Yankee Retail, via the internet. My credit card was charged within minutes. In the next few days I checked the order status and it continually indicated the product was in stock and shipping was pending. After several weeks I contacted them via email and was told that the item expected to ship within 3-5 days. The company damaged my filing cabinet and dining table. Even though I found the cheapest possible replacements at OfficeMax and WalMart, the company is too cheap to send $280 in compensation and instead keeps stonewalling. The filing cabinet seemed to be taken down stairs too roughly, and the bottoms and backs of several drawers were broken and my files were all over in the bottom (see photo). So this was my first ever trip to the Cheesecake Factory. Aside from the amount of flies buzzing around the restaurant, or those sitting comfortably on the glass wall above us, the atmosphere was very nice. I ordered the Southwestern Eggrolls and a lunch serving of Four Cheese Pasta with chicken added. Which I did and most got back to me within the hour through email(it was the night before we were leaving). Rengence Blue Shield is a big scam. I broke my arm at my apartment complex and now Regence is telling me that they will not pay the medical bills. They said the accident occurred on someone else's property and that is why they are not paying. I suppose that if I owned my apartment, then tyey would pay. They told me to go sue the landlord. I recently returned a pair of shoes to FootSmart, within the allowed 60 day time period for returns. I had tried the shoes on 3 times, wearing them for 5-10 minutes each time and only in the house. Well, Pier 1 already said that they won't help us! We bought an Allegro Sofa on June 2008. By January 2009 the fabric looked bad, stretched, loose. In March one of the springs broke while I was sitting on it. I went to the store and promised that the manager will call me. She did not. I went again. Hello - I have been a loyal customer of illinois telehpone corporation for 2 years now. I a have put up with a lot of thier bad behavior over time. For example the additional charges when i have to pay through their websight. If i pay via my bank they have the longest pay day lag vs. anyother provider. This company charges $300.00 per hour in labor. When talking with the owner he stated that you pay for quality and craftmanship, but odds are his Hispanic worker was paid less than $25.00 per hour. Talk about a company that is in the business of taking advantage of people and this one has to rank in the top 5. I had given a deposit and at the time of moving the driver never responded and my uncle struggled so hard pushing them to get my stuff taken care off. I had horrible experience with WWL. My father came all the way to accompany for my move and travel, we had made reservations and in the last minute we had to cancel our boking and WWL never showed up and I had paied the deposit. It seems as with a lot of people who have issued complaints against the above. I ordered a computer clean up which was stated as being just over 39 dollars (approx 20 GBP) from this company after I got a trojan fatal warning! I have had just over 109 dollars (£68.29) taken out of my account of which has really messed up my bank account and bank charges etc, as I had not made allowances for another £40 odd going out of my account? I have a postpaid dialup account with this company from the last 12 years. I use the email provided by them as my primary email account. They have my credit card details on thier file. This card expired on 31st. July 2009. The bank had already renewed the card with the same number but different expiry. Tata Indicom deactivated my account on 1st. This company is a broker in pharmaceutical products which acts for about 120 pharmacies. Six months after the order, products (ED pills) weren't delivered despite two order "re-shipping" (they say). They then tell us: 1 - They aren't no more in business with the seller. 2 - They can't refund the money (USD 270) because their "90 days warranty" has expired. Don't shop here!
