We rented a cell phone from this company for my son to take to Italy for 6 weeks. The billing system was so complicated, you could not understand it. We were over-charged many times. I was told I would receive a refund but never did. What was supposed to cost about $100 ended up costing $400 or so. It was a ridiculous ripoff. I went in person to Extra Space Storage here in Vancouver. The manager didn't even acknowledge me when I entered their office and to make matters worse, then didn't honor the price they quoted us over the phone. Purchased a Watercraft on July 17, broke down on us the same day in the water. Took it back, they fixed it, worked fine the second time, third time it broke down on us again. To make a long story short I gave my dog Sergeants silver flea and tick squeeze on for dogs nov 8 2009 at noon. He started to scratch but I thought it was just the fleas biting before they died. My wife visited Hobby Lobby on 11-4-09. Went to front counter to pay and was immediately accused of trying to steal money from the company.
