I signed up for Fios last week. They called me to confirm the order, then to confirm the appointment... emails as well. They did not show up. When I called, i was on hold for 45min and then was told that the technician that was supposed to come to do the installation, did not go to work. Nobody had the decency to call and to let me know. Highly frustrating customer support call, have almost decided to discontinue Singtel services. Recently I made a call with suffixing 019 and number but the money was deducted at regular IDD call. We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused. They telphone companies to get unsuspecting retailers to change service providor, proclaiming that early termination fees from other providers are illegal, and that transfers are free of costs. The main thing to understand when buying from the Cover Guy is that they are just a Middle Man. They don't make the covers, they just take your order and pass it along to the plant that will make it, and keep the difference. My husband and I rented a vacation rental off of Craigslist. We rented from Jennifer Prevost and she said the apartment was clean and nice. My husband and I drove 7 hours from Arizona to get there and when we arrived we were appalled at what we saw. I had been a customer of Lingo's for at least a couple of years and had not had too many problems with the service, just the usual outages, common to all VOIP providers. I smoke Basic Menthol 100 cigarettes and have noticed that they do not stay lit if I put one down in the ashtray for even a short period of time. This just started a month ago or so. My son told me that the manufacturer has changed the paper used and it will go out if you're not smoking it constantly. I needed to add a car to an exsisting policy in order to get tags. I used the website to update my policy, but somehow I ended up with 2 exactly the same policies. We found this to be a very hostile work enviroment full of jealousy & greed. Unsavory cut throat work enviroment. Very nasty facilities located near a druggy homeless area. Noticed a weird third-party charge on my Qwest phone bill for something called CONXTR. $14.99 for "vmail srv" I never signed up for and had no clue about. I was in the process of trying to set up a pre-paid account so a friend could call me from a Ccorrectional facility in California. They said that I need to fax them a monthly phone bill. That is fine but I have my phoneservie through Magicjack. I don't receive monthly phone bills. I make one yearly payment fo my phone service. Vodafone advertises £18 for unlimited broadband use for businesses. Whilst taking out an 18 month contract I was told one can monitor usage as well as upgrade anytime.
