Also, do not expect to have your reputation restored or any of your websites in the first page. The Elite Mobile official called in September, offering me a top up Nokia 2630. After I enquired with my son I found out that it is not the phone he wanted. I contacted Elite Mobile to come and collect the handset and that was immediately after Heritage Day holiday. Hello, I am a pre-paid mobile customer in India, my carrier is IDEA mobile. Like ABachchan says, "What an idea !!". Now, this is my complaint: Whenever I recharge, I get a message from 3893 saying that my recharge was successful and I have (zzz) Rs. in balance. This is an SMS & is always stored in the handset. I understand that you wish to have zero errors selling cigarettes to minors. That policy is all well and good. My complaint is not that you insist on having your customers who are obviously well over 18 years show an i.d. upon sale of cigarettes but now your sales people expect you to announce your age outloud! Are you kidding me????? Your sales clerk just looked at my i.d.. If they've had any education they should be able to tell me how old I am. Hidden charges. Can YOU find "daily maintenance charge" on their website? But there is one. When you learn about it, can their laughably misnamed "customer service" center (even if you can follow a heavily Indian accent, no blame on the employee concerned but we weren't all born there) tell you how much it is, even when you tell him the brand name of the card and the country you are calling from and the one you want to call to? Do not use them, my advise. 1. quality is bad. 2. I was promised 3 extra month free when I signed up. I returned the necessary form for this offer. Every year I buy K-Mart Christmas decorations. But every year the outdoor, clear plastic, electric candy canes have to be bought because the peg you put in the ground always breaks. Usually I at least get them in the ground and they break getting them out, but this year they broke before I even got them in the ground. If these pegs are going to be made so very brittle, then they should come with more than one set of pegs. This online company provde a service for international calling by providing a local phone number from that country where you like to make a call or most of the time to make call to. Instead of you calling people from that country dial their local number which connects to you phone or Cell number here in US. Blue Track (Sean Glasser)sells those stress balls from their Jersey City, New Jersey store via the internet. Because of a problem with the product, we were unable to use the stress balls they sent, so they said they would refund our money if we returned them. I am practically forced to drive on the PA Turnpike from Cranberry to Harmerville 5 days a week. You can go other ways but they take a lot longer. Over the last couple of years the turnpike has approximately doubles the fee. It has to be the most expensive toll road in the country and worst one as well. I can drive from the state line in Ohio to Toledo for about $7.00 but it costs nearly $2.00 to go 20 miles on the PA Turnpike. Don't be duped. The Market America Web Design service is the most poorly run affair ever. They collect your money in full up front. Their contract states you have 90 days to cancel but my site never got completed for over 8 months. When I canceled out of frustration, they would not refund my money. My credit card company has not protected me in a charge back. I am out $1849 for a site that was never launched. They cited traffic on my site as their defense but that was only my accessing the site for communication with their employee who apologized for largely ignoring my work for months. Upon calling, we learned that the bag was unavailable, or might be in Florida. After waiting a few days, I emailed customer service. They replied that they had not located the item, however on the same day, my account was charged. So I have unavailable funds in my account until they refund. I hired reputation-book.com to remove some false accusation posted and they did not do anything, in fact, they made the matters worst by posting some new things that have no business to appear under our name. When I try to call someone from reputation book I cannot get hold of the manager or someone in charge. People cut your losses with these losers and move on. In reality, they stall, Do NOTHING they say they will, Even when you beg them to listen to you and ask them to please just do what you sold me, they don't deliver. When you try to talk to someone at Ratepoint, they will then tell you, you can't have a refund or a FULL refund due to the TOS (Terms of Service) you signed. I have called customer care to cancel the card on date when bill would be generated. But there is no option to cancel the card or take the request in phone. After 4days i went to Airtle customer care office to surrender the card, the card is cancelled, but the cancellation letter is not issued immediately and they would send bill for rental amount for 4 days. This is the worst service have never seen. If the customer surrenders the card, they have to check the outstanding and unbilled amount.
