I received 4 phone calls in a row, at 11:30pm, from (229) 389-5848. They woke me up out of a dead sleep. The first two times I didn't answer the phone. My brother and I have a credit card from Virgin (MBNA) Having become unemployed I thought I would call help line for a claim pack. This came and I filled it in (very intrusive I might add) sent this off about two weeks later got the reply we are unable to help you at this time. It turns out that my brother is covered but only for death or hospital admin. So this turns out to be a joint policy but only in one name. I recently bought a Paint Wizard Pro from this company, which is advertised by Tommy walsh on Sky TV Shopping channel, and it arrived last week. My husband followed the instructions and filled it with paint, put the lid tight on, and commenced painting the ceiling, all of a sudden the lid came off and paint went all over my carpet. Went to the AT&T store at 350 N SAN FERNANDO BLVD BURBANK, CA, 91502 at 7:52 pm Saturday. The door was locked and I was told the store was closed. The door had posted hours open till 8:00 pm, when I showed the person at the door it was only 7:52 I was given a BS story that people would be on overtime taking care of the people already inside. I bought a Woolen jacket about a month back and the threads/balls of wool start projecting out of the jacket. I go back to H&M and ask for an exchange mentioning that the product I am not happy with and get an exchange. I am told thats the normal wear and tear. Thats the product expectation from H&M. I am documenting two complaints. First of all their return policy is a joke. I tried to return items for a refund OR store credit, however, I have lost my receipt. I was denied any sort of refund. amazingly immature. They lost my Garage door opener and would not replace it. My tennants have complained to me, so I asked them and they did nothing. I complained to the BBB and they stated that they promptly replaced it. They did not. On 10/30/09 I parked my car at the EZ Way parking lot in Elizabeth, which I have used in the past for off site parking at Newark airport.
