I ordered rootstock and had to correct the ship to address. I sent them an email to correct, as requested in the email to confirm the order. They claimed they could not make a correction without an additional $10 fee! They claimed the order had already been sent, but that turned out to be a lie! I told them not too...they did it anyway and then proceed to double ship and double charge me for the products. The Instaflex company took 74.98 from my account in January. Soon after I received the product I called the customer service no. and got a RMA no. to return the product . I took it to the post office and handed it to the postal worker and still did not receive the refund. They tell me they never received it. How did they get to me? He assumes if student from a particular has done a mistake.He takes for granted that all students of that school do the same mistake.Without even interviewing or testing the candidate he would say whatever you have put in that resume is all fake b'cos I had a bad experience with one of the student from your college. Do Not give them your money first! get your service and product, THEN pay for it, just like anywhere else. They will not go along with the contract to have your product delivered in a timely fashion. I was super excited about getting a new turntable for my birthday. I could't decide between brands or models, but finally decided to go with Innovative Technology "Aviator" in cholcolate. When I received the turntable it didn't look new. In fact, it looked used. I decided if it worked, the looks wouldn't be that big of a deal. This agency was never able to provide tickets to the Michael Buble' concert in Newcastle, May 2010. Despite my repeated phone calls to them and their promises that the tickets would be dispatched in time - they of course never arrived! I booked these tickets 6 months before the concert date. They were the only company to have tickets still on sale. The seats were prime position and I was told this was because they purchased in block groups. I have been trying to purchase a small wind generator from Hurricanewindpower.com; either size 500 Watt or size 1000 Watt, grid tie system. Naturally, I had several questions before I was willing to spend $1000 to $2000. If you were lucky a person would answer your email. This tele sales company has been hiring offshore call centers to dial for their campaings and will not pay those centers for their services. WE purchased a childs tee shirt at pirana Joes store because of the guarantee promised by the cruise ship. before we disembarked we washed the shirt and it shrank so much that our 9 year old could not wear it. We took the shirt to Rudy, the on board shopping specialist and he agreed that it definately shrank. I've had phone service with ATT&T for many many years with the same phone line and phone number. I also have internet service and cellular service as well with ATT&T... As long as i've had their service i've had the inside wire maint fee which is $7.50 /month... so with that insurance if that is what ATT&T calls it i've never ever had phone problems. Ok so we were late on our rumpke bill and they didn't take our trash. We payed up our bill and the next week they STILL didn't pick it up! Ignored defective product complaint Purchased from Walmart as a gift. Called the customer service number in package two times NO RESPONSE. One slide from the birthday boy age 7 and the pool at the end busted. Gift now has huge hole in it... patch kit provided is comical in this situation. I bought the sink from Home Depot and put it in. I smelled this acitic odor every time I opened the drawer od cabinet door that made me walk away from the sink. I thought it may be as bad vent pipe or stinky drain pipe. After replacing 2 vents and all the plumbing in haldf the house I finally concluded that it was the sound undercoating on the sink (MADE IN CHINA), that smelled so bad.
