I was super excited about getting a new turntable for my birthday. I could't decide between brands or models, but finally decided to go with Innovative Technology "Aviator" in cholcolate.

When I received the turntable it didn't look new. In fact, it looked used. I decided if it worked, the looks wouldn't be that big of a deal. So I listned to my turntable for about a month or so until it stopped working all together. I tried calling Innovative Technology Customer Service to get some help and a month later, no follow up from the company.
