I purchase a Samsung Rogue with 2 year contract on 2/23/10. At that time I purchased the Asurion Verizon Total Equipment Coverage for $8.00 per month. Quoted one price, sent email confimation and took deposit to hold truck / date. Showed up 8 hrs late and driver tried to extort 30% more in travel time, RE: possible accidents, traffic etc. Driver said he wouldn't do move unless we pay invoice before loading and balance before load comes off at new home. I had transported my car Maruti 800 from Delhi to Kota (Rajasthan) through Safe home movers and packers. They had promised delivery within 3-4 days. Its bad enough Kamora charges you shipping and handling for a product that does not work they turn around and don't give you youd free Item and only refund part of your money.I paid out 59.95 total and didn't get my free gift and they credited 39.95 after I paid the shipping of sending it back. I have been a WildBlue internet customer for almost 2 years. I have never received the minimum download speed that I signed up for. Last year I attempted to explain the problem to customer service on more than one occasion. They were only interested in getting me to upgrade my service plan. Tropicana have been changing the net fluid content of their OJ's without a clear visual note to the consumer...they have done it with the 128oz going to 96oz and now the 64oz going to 59oz... They need to be an honest company and let the consumer know that they are keeping the same (or similar) packaging size but are reducing the net weight. Serve Pro took advantage of me as a consumer as they did not provide an estimate of charges in the event my insurance company would not pay. They lead me to believe my insurance company would pay after several questions regarding the cost of their service. I recently had a dissapointing experience with Courthouse Tire and Service Center.
