I am so glad I am not the only one to hear that is getting screwed by this company. One day, I was lazy enough to not drive to my nearest Lowe's store to pay off the bill. I cannot explain how much of a HEADACHE our experience has been with 1-800-VENDING. There are railroad tracks across from our business and we are seriously considering laying the stupid machine on the tracks and watching a train obliterate the *** thing. The machine didn't work from day 1, and trying to get customer service that was actually helpful was impossible. We were sent various parts, chips, circuit boards... Deffective exchange for same 7 month old phone now requires a data plan. Apparently smart phones purchased after September 2009 require a data plan. The phone being replaced was purchased prior to Sept. 2009 but AT&T argued with me now for HOURS why there has to be a a data plan attached. Need an act of Congress/God to correct this in their system. Looks like they might resolve this ; let's see. They are so frustrating to deal with ; they make account mistakes and you're trapped in "policy" hell. Do not use this company. I flew into Fort Lauderdale and needed to take a shuttle for me and my family to Miami to board a cruise. I scheduled the pickup a few days in advance. They were an hour late in picking us up from the airport. The car was a Navigator. There was no logo, or any sign of a company. I ordered rootstock and had to correct the ship to address. I sent them an email to correct, as requested in the email to confirm the order. They claimed they could not make a correction without an additional $10 fee! They claimed the order had already been sent, but that turned out to be a lie! I told them not too...they did it anyway and then proceed to double ship and double charge me for the products. The Instaflex company took 74.98 from my account in January. Soon after I received the product I called the customer service no. and got a RMA no. to return the product . I took it to the post office and handed it to the postal worker and still did not receive the refund. They tell me they never received it. How did they get to me? I was super excited about getting a new turntable for my birthday. I could't decide between brands or models, but finally decided to go with Innovative Technology "Aviator" in cholcolate. When I received the turntable it didn't look new. In fact, it looked used. I decided if it worked, the looks wouldn't be that big of a deal. This agency was never able to provide tickets to the Michael Buble' concert in Newcastle, May 2010. Despite my repeated phone calls to them and their promises that the tickets would be dispatched in time - they of course never arrived! I booked these tickets 6 months before the concert date. They were the only company to have tickets still on sale. The seats were prime position and I was told this was because they purchased in block groups.
