On 6/10/10, The manager Robert (refused to give last name) and his associate Neria refused to accept and ship a UPS package with pre-printed label because "We don't make any money off pre-printed UPS labels." Contacted customer service rep for online access when I was out of town, was given wrong address, previously before this I had made an online payment (after having to change my password from lack of being able to gain access to online account) made payment, and had a $35.00 late charge added to my account because I did not receive a return email from them saying I had made payment. I ordered 2 Pitney Bowes ink cartridges for my postal machine on May 28, 2010. The order was placed and shipped from Montreal the same day and arrived at the Richmond, BC sorting facility on June 3, 2010. I still have not received the parcel. We hired BJM pool service to close our pool last year and open it this year. They did not put any chemicals in it when they closed it so it was completely black & green. They left plugs in that caused filter damage. They broke the gas line to our heater and said they would repair it. They would not return calls. After we called from a number they didnt know and requested a service they called back in less than 30 minutes only to tell us to get some one else to fix what they had broken.
