An oven packed up in my tenant's townhouse, which Dial-A-Tech duly repaired, only to pack up again three months later. A relay switch was then replaced only to pack up another 2 weeks later. My LG Microwave packed up and was repaired (replaced fuse and turntable motor) to the tune of R690, 00. Microwave packed up within one week, was collected and has now developed a unique problem, which 2 weeks later has not brought any feedback from them. I keep getting mail - presumably confidential - for an individual who does not live at my address. Numerous times I have returned it to sender. As the mail looks important, I thought I would email you on 01 October about the problem. On 02 October I got an automatic reply to say that you would be in contact with me. It is now nearly a month later and I have heard nothing from you. Surely this is an issue you should respond to promptly. This is pretty trivial - I go to the corner BP AM/PM daily. I purchase 100 oz of coffee in an AM/PM cup, for my husband and I to share throughout the day. This is also where I purchase gas, cigarettes and beer on a regular basis. At the end of September, I accepted VIP's quote to move my ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD from Cape Town to JHB. I was told that I had to pay in full before they would remove my stuff - which I did. Have you ever, a bill that comes out with an automatic 10% added. My company purchased a PABX system from Bitco 2 years ago. A year ago out of the blue they sent us monthly invoices from a company called VoiceOne who we have never contracted with or approved any implementation of VoiceOne products. Sir, I am the owner of a honda eviator scooter (KL 39 A 7192). I purchased it from M/s EVM Honda, Cochin, Kerala. My grievance is the poor quality of the service provided by the said service centre. I disconnected services with this company after only 5 months. My bills fluctuated every month and credits were given because they couldn't get their accounting correct. Bellsouth for years has had free personal web pages for those who subscribe to their DSL services. Suddenly they have discontinued ALL tech support for the personal web pages. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get some help because I suddenly couldn't ftp files to my website. Nobody could help -- nobody! So we painted our whole project with Universal Paints (Blackheath) Allcote. We found the paint streaking when painting as a result of not being able to keep a wet edge (drying to quickly). Went for lunch with a few colleagues and clients at Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant about two weeks ago. I had a running in with them before and thought they would have rectified the bad attitude and service problem I encountered the first time.
