We had the tank installed on 7/30/2009 and it is a 30 gallon tank. Now it is Dec 1 and we have not had hot water for 6 days. This hot water tank is under warranty and is to be serviced by the A&E Sears but they never show up, and get nothing but the runaround when you call Amercian Heaters and A&E Sears. Both have hundreds of complaints against them and even class action law suits. Do not buy this product unless you fully understand it is a piece of junk that can possibly explode. I purchased this mattress in April of this year, and in the last 3 months it has begun to wear out, by which I mean squeaky springs, lumps, and a growing depression in the middle of the bed. The "warranty" states that you have to pay a $58 inspection fee for someone to come out to your house and agree that you mattress has a depression, then shell out another $119 for a replacement. IWC Homes, LLC installed insulation in my home. The final cost was $770.00 Owner (Gerald) stated that he could finance me through GE Money bank, but they (GE) require at least a $1, 000 balance to finance. I got the loan, and he was paid the $1, 000 right away from GE, and told me he would send me a check for the difference, which is $230 ($1000 - $770 = $230). Of course then I would then pay GE over the course of 1 year. I never received a check from him. It has been over 2 months, and IWC Homes, LLC has failed to keep our agreement and pay me the $230. When I self-clean my stove the outside(white) material gets stained from the heat and it is permanently stained. I have an extended warranty from Lowes, where I purchased this appliance. Whirlpool says to contact Lowes and they say it is a manufacturers problem contact Whirlpool. I keep getting the run around. I submitted a purchase online with this company located in Corona, California. They charged my credit card immediately but I heard nothing from them. One week later, I inquired regarding the shipping date, to be told that the kitchen island that I had ordered was on back order and would not be shipped for over a month. The scam is to get in to your house by giving you a fair estimate and then charging you almost double the original estimate when the job is completed. They made life so miserable for us that my husband paid them just so they would leave. They were there for 2 weeks when they said it would take 1 week. Another company gave us the same original fair estimate and time frame. So, we were ripped off. We knew since we paid what he asked at the end we couldn't get our money back, but it was a lesson learned for us. I love Benjamin Moore paint, but today I went to their store in Arlington Virginia to get some samples. The store charged me $12 for 2- two ounce bottles of paint! That actually works out to about $380 a gallon Why they would want to charge this much and then expect you to return and buy their paint is a customer service mystery. So I took the color samples to Home Depot where they cross referenced them and mixed a whole quart of paint and charged me $7. On 7/3/09 we purchased a reclining sofa and love seat for $999.99. It was delivered on 7/8/09 and by 9/29/09, that's right, 2 and 1/2 months later 3 of the 4 recliners were broken. In the process of closing the recliners the mechanism just bent. I called and it took 2 weeks for someone to come down to tell me that they need to order parts. I agree with the other complainant, FirstLine Security is hands down the worst. Their system sent out several false alarms from my house as well. Then in Jan. 2008 the controller power supply shorted out and caught fire almost burning our house down. This was after I called them a week earlier to report the power supply was VERY warm. I have had two rooms and a hallway done by NFD...the carpet was done fast and looks great...the hallway was done well, installers were nice enough. This is a warning to anyone who is considering a roofing job with 1-800-Hanson's. I'd like to give you a brief review of my experience with this company. My complaint was - I got little hot water out of the hot water faucet and the cartridges needed to be replaced. I was told I needed a single handle tub faucet that should have been put in. Recently purchased a Mr.Coffee coffee maker #FTX45-1. It lasted about 3 months & then would only make 2 of 12 cups of coffee. You had to turn it on & on 8 or 9 time before it would finally make the 12 cups of coffee. I had a similar horrible experience with The Door Store. I ordered mirrored wardrobes on August 26th and was promised them in 4-6 weeks. When I inquired at the six week mark, they told me they would not be ready till the end of October (approximately 8-9 weeks).
