In 2007 I had changed the machine & bought Aquasure Ivory model form a vendore at Borivali west Mumbai-92. The machine started giving problem within warranty period itself. My husband and I just purchased a home and were forced to use landamerica home warranty company for our appliance warranty. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Our cook top and oven went out back to back because they were so old. My eureka forbes Auqguard ST2000 is under AMC . Aquaguard stopped working and I complained on 6th Nov'09. After few reminders a person came after few days and tried meddling with it and could not make it alright and said he will send his superior who never turned up till date (13.11.09) I contacted several times with a Political promise that it will be attended immediately. Seven years ago ACIS installed tenants in their property next door to mine. There was protrascted and persistent Anti Social Behaviour. I complained to ACIS but did not confront their tennts. The ASB became so bad that I had, on frequewnt occasions, to abandon my home. ACIS failed to cause the nuisance to be abated. My clothes dryer stopped getting hot a few days ago. I took apart the back to discover which component had failed, expecting to find a bad heating element. Instead, I found that the thermal cutoff switch had burned and melted. The steel electrical connectors are fused, and there is carbon residue all over the part, and also covering the back of the dryer for about six inches above the part. My wife and I purchased a sofa and ottoman back on August 1st 2009. The sales rep was rude to us, but my wife was in love with the sofa, so we purchased it anyways. Upon unwrapping and setting up the product, we noticed two significant tears, and were immediately dissatisfied. We called the customer service number, and they sent a repair guy out, who fixed the product to about 80%. Electrolux EW23CS65G SXS Wave Touch Counter Depth fridge re-occurring problems with no solution from manufacturer. Problems: In-door water line freezes solid and meat & produce keepers cause contents to freeze at factory recommended temperature settings. 6 service calls, 2 new Replacement fridges, 1 new replacement freezer door with no solution from Electrolux or Vendor. 1 yr later and lots of frustration, they still deny there is a problem. On May 15th I called upon Mr. Rooter out of the local phone book. The problem was I could'nt take a shower run a faucet anything without water leaking all out from the garage onto the carpet. I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session. My dishwasher was having problems from the beginning (while under warranty) and a service man was called. On May 29th 2008 I place two orders with Empire Carpet with sales rep Mr. Phillip Dorminey. Order # 1 (U050173) for $5, 189.25 and Order #2 (U050174) for $1810.75, which was a special order item. Both orders was charged to my American express that was paid in full. Empire's policy for cancellation was within 3days. We purchased our house, which was built in 2001, in 2005. Since we moved in we have experienced many major and minor problems, some deadly. In order of severity, they are: 1. The 2-story concrete archway over the front porch collapsed without warning. Anyone standing at our front door would have been killed. 2. I needed repair for the glass door in my bedroom, so I called Ramon Contino. He came by to do work on the door, he had good prices, so I decided to use him. He started the work, and I was in the other room watching TV. Once again Living Spaces Furniture sells a customer a damaged product. When the delivery drivers delivered the table they sub standard job in putting my table together. They (E&M trucking) left screws out of the table legs and damaged the extension arm. I booked a Flat at their Bhiwadi Project, investing Rs. 165000/-, their payment receipt no. 1369 dated 13/06/06 vide cheque no. 443764 dated 03/06/06, Bank - Standard Charter Bank on account of Flat @ 1375/Sq.Ft. size 1500 sq.ft. at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). Craftsman Fence and Deck Dallas took our money then after working the agreed number of days we were told it would take to complete the job they came back asking for almost twice the amount to complete the work. I am very frustrated with OC Construction Svs. I am less than a week away from a lien on my house because they haven't paid vendors for materials that I paid them for. Sean Quackenbush has worked with us for 5 months on a major remodel. We have had many ups and downs. He has been very vocal about getting paid and not carrying costs. I ordered a slipcover on June 25, 2009. I was asked for additional measurements on July 31, 2009. I have heard nothing since that time. Customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. This is the second slipcover I have ordered from this firm this year. The first was delivered in a timely manner and is beautiful. At that time the firm was located in California.
