On 2-26-09 I purchased a mattress from this company. Was told there is no need to buy a box spring from the Manager Steve, he said they don't wear out, so I purchased just the mattress. We just bought a new home with a new Maytag refrigerator (freezer at the bottom). This refrigerator drips water on the floor every time we open the top two doors. When we leave for a few months in the summer we find mildew around the seals when we come home and moisture marks on my laminate floors. We leave the air conditioner and humidistat on all the time. I went to Galaxie Lighting in Salt Lake City to order light fixtures for a retail space. The Galaxie Lighting representative sold me 18 fluorescent light fixtures that were a stock item. On tuesday the 1st dec i rang to complain about a bill for $130 which i received for a months worth of electricity in an apartment! Tenants at a home I own called Mr Rotor for a clogged up sewer line. We as the owner did not know nothing about the problem until it became a real big problem. They sent in a Diagnostic tech he ran 25ft of snake in the sewer line busted off and just left the home. Last year the nice Indian couple retired and sold their dry cleaning business to this Asian couple. They raised their price and then and try to overcharged you for everything (e.g. the lining on your suit is an extra $1.00, you have buttons that an extra .50C). Unlike many of the complaints, I did receive what I ordered and I was impressed with the speed it was delivered and the constant emails I got as the chair crossed the country. My grandkids broke my chair by pulling on the controller and ripping it out. I need to rewire the connections but it did not come with schematics and the company seems to have vanished from the planet and I have nobody to get the electrical scheme from. The residents of the odd numbered homes on Duxbury Court and homes on Somerfield have a berm behind their homes. That berm is no longer grass-covered, as originally supplied. Beware of company;s who work on or replace furnaces! Please check them out carefully, If I save one person from going through the Hell of being poisoned by CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING, then I have got my point across! I did furniture repair for Samson Moving for over two years. When I moved to Pittsburgh they refused to pay me $700.00 owed for three furniture repairs done for them. I have three signed forms from the customers testifying the repairs were satisfactory and Samson acknowledges they owe me the money but won't pay me.
