Found mold in exterior walls. Had contractor over and he noticed that there was NO moisture barrier which is 'Code' for mobile homes. My insurance company sent a rep and he affirmed that there was no water leak from anywhere and that they were not liable for the damage and suggested I contact the manufacturer(Souther Energy). Received Kitchenaid microwave (KCMS1555S) and after 2nd shipment (said FEDEX lost first - yeah right) the second arrived dented a week later. When I told them it was dented they wanted pictures emailed. Then it took a week for a manager to look at the pictures. Then 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a Return Authorization by mail. These chairs, order number: A42044 were sent to me covered in dust and grime, in no way should these have been dispatched to a customer in this filthy state. My clothes dryer stopped getting hot a few days ago. I took apart the back to discover which component had failed, expecting to find a bad heating element. Instead, I found that the thermal cutoff switch had burned and melted. The steel electrical connectors are fused, and there is carbon residue all over the part, and also covering the back of the dryer for about six inches above the part. I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session.
