I bought the same item twice off of ebay, and the first time they just refunded my money and didn't give me any explination. So i ordered a part again and they wouldn't give me my money back and in the end they gave me an unpaid item strike on ebay and left me 2 negative feedbacks. Vartech called my husband about 3 years ago and quoted him a monthly bill of about $29 plus tax. We were currently paying close to $40, so he decided to switch. We got a bill the next month for $42 + tax. Well over the quote and more than what we were paying with our former company. We brought our car to Rick Case Honda Collision center after the car was stolen and needed repairs. We dealt with a Mr. Juan Elliot at the collision center who was in charge of our vehicle. They had the car for 9 weeks because they could not get anything straight. They put in a new radio that played one cd at a time even though it was a 6 CD Changer radio that was in there before. On July 5 I ordered piano music from website www.NetSToreUSA.com and was given an order tracking number. Only 10 my bank account was charged for the purchase. I went to the website to track my purchase and received the message that I should expect delivery in 10 - 15 days. When I did not receive anything I emailed and was told I would hear something in 3 business days. I faxed and mailed my inquiry to address listed on website. No word. Designs in Mica and Wood owner Paul keeps telling me that they do great work and can make all their defects go away but after dealing with them for over a year now it has not happened. Their employees come to our home with shoddy tools at best and are several young boys in there early 20's without training. I just relocated across country. Items were packed with bubble wrap and pop corn, wadded paper and other protective materials. The objects were put in rental truck. The sales person insisted he could help with this and we could use the proceeds to pay for a unit at the Fisherman. I seem to be another of those people who have been scammed by the above mentioned company. I took the IQ test when my grandson asked me to do so - his reward for a certain number of people taking the test was to be a computer. I took the test and agreed to the initial one time charge which I was told would be $15.00. The actual charge was $19.95. I no way did I agree to any additional charges. Contracted to demo an old pool and some fencing and to replace them in 3/06. There has been no work done since 4/8/06. Lots of promises but NO WORK. These guys have a website that has an "honesty manifesto" and they even offer incentive guarantee. They promise to protect you from the "pool sharks". I made a DVD purchase (www.dvdworldonline.com). Much run around. Never received the product or the promised refund. I filed a complaint with NY BBB. They couldn't get this company to respond either. The purchase was for only $24 so the company knows they can thumb their nose. No one is likely to pursue legal action for that amount. I had BPL mobile post paid sim with STD facility. On discontinuation, I was supposed to get refund of 2000 rs. I had changed my address of communication and submitted a 'change of address' request personally to BPL office. For one year I have not recieved any refund, on enquiry they say they have send draft to old address. The draft was handed to some unknown person as the signature on recieved receipt are not mine. No one is doing anything about this at BPL office. Although thedraft has not been encashed, they refuse to issue a new draft. This is sheer carelessness on part of BPL mobile.
