I will post this as many times on many websites until Metro PCS goes out of business. Where do I begin? NO ONE in the Metro PCS customer service cares about your problem. On Jan 16, 2008, I purchased a trial offer of Hoodia w/ green tea and paid $5.49. The same day I purchased the nighttime Hoodia for $8.59. On Feb 1st, I noticed a $69.95 charge to Hoodia Plex. I tried calling all the numbers that appeared on each transaction of my CC stmt, naturally all numbers were "out of service at this time". I found a number and was able to get through only to be told I was SOL, they'd canx my order and not send me anything but that they were keeping my money on top of that! Grand Getaway Vacations when in their seminar sales meeting (St Maartin) offered discount vacations, airfare, timeshare, car rentals. All have been totally false to date. After taking many vacations over the last 2 years, I have always found a better price elsewhere. Grand getaway Vacations is a RIP OFF. Do Not! buy into this vacation service!!! They talk about huge savings but do not deliver. Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation. We have been working with them for 6 weeks trying to get them to order the right materials. AP tourism is a waste of money and time. If you go with them you are gonna be losing money and comfort for sure. Now I have two very bad experiences with AP tourism thats why i am saying that. 1. I placed an order for $140.00 with Fixfitness.com on January 22, 2008. I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped on January 24, 2008. As of February 4, 2008, I have not received any such order. Now, the website is down and my emails go unanswered. I have been a Nextel customer for 1 year and have not really had any problems with my phone or service outside of normal dropped calls which is expected. I recently added on the Wireless Broadband card for my laptop PC. The card is through Sprint. I received the card and installed it on my computer. My needed a credit report and was told that it was free I let him use my debit card since that time my account has been charged $ 12.95. When I called CIC about this they told me that he should have read the contract which states that if you don't call and cancel the thing they can charge you. This a scam from the start. Dear Sir: There is a business in Morgan Hill called: Rickenbacker Collection Agency (tel# 888-264-1377) that has been hounding me for almost 18 months. They have become a huge nuisance. I ordered Triclear with the understanding I would pay $6.95 shipping for a free trial. I discovered a charge to my credit card in the amount of $69.95 instead. I received the product in damaged condition, leaking all over the inside of box. We were afraid to use Triclear, unsure of what had happened. Had issues in washing machine WASHER - F-65 and after 2 years its bearing makes a lot of sound. I complained and Service Center is not giving exact reason for such a quick worn out of bearing. Was going over my bank statement this morning and came across several unauthorized transactions on my account. It seems they all came from this one source Cp2Pay.com. Have no idea where or how they got my card number but now I have to go through the hassle of legally disputing these charges, and changing my account information. Very dissatisfied with liposuction/smart lipo on upper arms. They are still the same circumference almost a year later. I experienced no skin tightening as promised by the advertisements for Smart Lipo, my arms are stil just as big, but now they look worse because the fullness has been reduced but the circumference is the same. Not sure how they got the credit card number, but we've received two charges in one month = 4.95 & 39.95. I just called their number listed on the cc statement 866-380-7147. The lady said that they offer an unlimited long distance calling card for a 14 day trial period at a charge of 4.95. After the 14 days, they charge 39.95 a month for the service.
