I have a nokia 2630 handset it has hanging prblem when calls are receieved. This is the worst experience I've had with airtel. I shifted my residence and notified them of the new address, at least 4-5 times! Still they kept sending the bill to my old address. Until once, i was on roaming n had a bill of rs25,000! So i insisted on taking a look at the detailed bill. I purchased a washing machine of Videocon make in October 2006. The dryer of the machine has not been functioning for the last month and the service centre is not attending the complaint. We have a current account No. 29219 in Union Bank of India at Khurja. We have gone there 3-4 times for collect the bank statement from account opening date i.e.25-05-06 but the manager and all staffs said we have no any record of last year and also delete from the computer. I have filed in the form on 9th Jan 2007 for getting broadband connection. The executive was following every 1 hour till I fill in the form. I was moving and called my cable company to disconnect service. They had an auto response machine that said if you are disconnecting service leave message and we will get back to you. One week later cable was still on and no one got back. I called again and they said they would not be able to disconnect until a week later. I said fine but I want my final bill. I travel alot and recently me and my fiance traveled to Hawaii. We had the worst trip coming home. We flew delta home none of the three flight were comfortable, we didn't have the seats that we were suppose to have, and if that wasn't enough !!! The last flight our seat was right agaisnt the restroom and it was broke. I called to place a complaint and was told that there wasn't a work order for that flight, so there was nothing that could be done. We took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo, after waiting at the hotel taxi stand. This company charged my credit card for a "free" sample of a weight loss patch I never ordered. The charge was $6.95 and I should have canceled my credit card immediately. Instead I tried calling the company (no luck) and my credit card company, which was busy with airline problems. I contacted the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and they have helped somewhat. What a joke - Had trouble from the day I brought it home... Tried to return it at 4 months but Target said I had to deal direct with Trutech... they would not return it and replace it with another unit. The DVD's would skip and the open/close door sometimes would not open... until one day the door could not be re-opened...
