I dealt with these dishonest jerks about a year ago and was completely disgusted with the lack of customer service. 90 days interest free, right? Sometimes critical information is on page 2, and sometimes the reps don't even know it. In my case, I made 2 phone calls, month 1 and month 2, and both reps gave me the payoff date to incur no interest charges. Both wrong. Both took the information from page 1 like I did. I am writing this complaint about Diamond Executives. They tried to withdraw money from my checking account and bounced my account to the tune of $204, then when they couldn't get any money that way, they submitted an electronic check that stated no signature required and took $149.oo out of my account making my short on my rent payment. Ive had my mortgage with Guardian Savings Bank for a year and a half now and my payments have been 616.00 (including taxes and insurance). I ordered three free trials for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I was billed for the trials, but then billed again in November for 3 shipments at $89.97 that we never received. Received a letter on 11/1, dated 10/23/08 claiming I had been a winner in the De-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held on September 29th, 2008 in the 2nd category. A check enclosed for $3, 750 from Citizens Bank and Pioneer Investment Mgt USA Inc., 35 State Street, Boston, MA 02109-1820 was enclosed. This happened in 2007. I met their sales consultant in the Westfield shopping centre. He showed me a software on Horse racing betting which followed the "smart money" and had "sure profits". I walked in to see if I could: 1) Purchase an Eliptical Machine and 2) See if they would service my existing treadmill and move it to another room in my house. The reason I requested the move it because it needs to be disassembled to fit through a door and they are the ones that delivered it.
