I placed and order with Cameraaddict.com on a Friday – I received an email telling me to call in to confirm my order, the phone just rang and rang. That following Monday I called again and now I received a phone message indicating that the company was on holiday until that Wed. I emailed my cancellation of the order and I tried again the phone numbers and ext. to customer service. I have a story just like the previous complaints. I was contacted by Kelly Cook at Credit Source Loans. She told me I was approved for a loan for 10, 000. She then went on to give me the terms and conditions of the loan. I was so excited because I could have consolidated my bills with this loan. I called GMAC today to ask why we not have a 24.95 HOME WARRANTY charge added to our mortgage. She checked the file and we have been charged 24.95 all the way back to December 2006. DAS is the worst! I got my car shipped from Minneapolis, MN to Seattle, WA in Feb 2008. It took them 4 weeks to arrive. They promised within two weeks. When my car arrived, there were scratches on the doors, dents and was very dirty. There were 100 miles more on it then when I dropped it off. If you want a credit card company that stands behind a fraudulent charge, don't apply for Capital One Visa. I just paid out $1500.00 for an item I purchased on the internet that was ordered, but not available. I did everything I was supposed to do in order to submit the rebate, However I didn't get any response from office depot rebate center after almost 2 months and I submitted the copy again, and called the rebate center, and the agent told me it is ok, then on october this year, I checked the status of my rebate, it indicate my rebate got rejected as I postmarked it late!
